IH885XLMAN
Ok I will try and be as honest with this as possable as this is my first atempt at a model review as it is a christmass present off the wife and if she reads that im picking faults .........well it doesent bare thinking of \ Right the model in question is a International 1455 XL tractor in 1/32 and very detailed indeed i cant realy say how it represents the 1455xl in all honesty as i have never driven them But i have driven its little'r brother's the 955 comfort cabbed and 1055 xl cabbed so i think i can imagine what the top end of the range would be like to drive if its anything like ive driven in the past it would have GRUNT and allot it.....Also comfort as the xl cab goes through most of the IH and even CASEIH range for a lifetime From what I can see "Wagenhof Model-Toys" have scaled down the real thing [glow=red,2,300]painstakingly[/glow]into 1/32 and this goes for its busness end to with the right catogrie 3 pointr hitch to the front with the 4wd axel it is a very nice display model acurate in everyway as I say I cant realy judge this accuracy as ive never graced one to drive in operation but from what i see before me as a display model ...Im very imprerssed But thats all it can be i think wheather its was a JD MF NH etc to grace the black plinth it sits on (screwed down) and that point proved its self when i thought it might steer as a little red hub came of in my hand (i blame my self for this as it is a display model) so you dont want to go buying it for your toddelers \ the glass case that sits on the plinth is nice BUT this is another small problem the little flashing beacon cant be fitted to the XL control centre if you want to put the Glass dust lid over the model as it sits just that little too low and will knock the beacon off again the bonnet will need fitting when it arives but even my 3 year old nethew could fit that on (remember what i said about toddlers \ ) All in all it is on par with most hi detailed 1/32 models i.e UH DBP etc it is a model i will treasure for sure price wize anything from ?85 ish to even ?120 have been paid which is a little steep but untill britains /UH or other model firms get on the IH euro band-wagon i think it will be an investment like a Brian Holmes MF 1200 for instance all i can say is come on britains make a IH 885 xl

IH885XLMAN
cheers jack the model arrived in A1 condition & on time mate .It is the pride of my collection until someone makes a IH 674 : ;) still cant get over the detail of this fine model
stehos
I'm sorry, the rear hitch can't move. Wagenhof intended to be accurate about the 3-point hitch. This hitch is as on the real tractor. Not the ones on Britains, Siku etc. Jack.
FordTractorCrazy
although being a Ford man, i actually have one for sale on ebay.. they go for crazy prizes over 130 pounds.. Naturally this model is made according to a very detailed and well communicated way. Similar to the way the Dutch LCN model tractor for 2007 (Belarus) was made. just like the real thing. only for display use. absolutely not a playtoy. wish more 1:32 scale models were made like these.. (preferably Ford ).
IH885XLMAN
I did hear on the grape vine that wagen-hoff where going to make more IH tractors like i.e the comfort cabbed 1055 etc i just hope they do a "doncaster classic" aswell.
