It was a great show, models from dbp, a commision from Ian at tractor sketch and secured a dbp/ftf limited addition model, well worth the 6 hrs in total in the car!!!
-
Thanks for the nod, I've got mine now, at last a decent 1:32 model plough, cant wait to get it!!
-
Wow, my dad had one of those back in the 70's when he farmed on the downs in sussex, that brings back a few very early tractor memories is it a 121?, I seam to remember they were really hard to get into with a sliding door that never worked!! still I was only about 4

My father in law finding these in the loft and giving them to me ;D -
Two things, the head gasket went on tamsins car....bad.....but worse I brought 2 Britains models from Vectis auctions a 1976 unimog and a 1978 deutz 110 both in mint boxes they sent them via parceline tried to deliver them while I was at work on Wednsday then rather than trying to re deliver the next day they put a note in the post box to say they had left the parcel in the BIN ??? and guess what.... yes they were emptied before I got home. I am open mouthed with amazement not to mention ?100 down, with nothing to show for it \ \ And its raining! Ahhhhh deep breath, rant over, do I feel better, possibly

Got a real bargian at a car boot sale back in the summer these 2 models for ?15.00 ;D what do you all think, would it would de value the models if the acetate were replaced, is it better to keep them totally original or change the asetate which would mean they would display much better. I would be very interested in your thoughts/advice

Ah I think you missed the point! I mean rescue as in the little sable one came from a bloke who fed her on pizza and currys (nice diet, but not for a dog!!) she was 42kg when we got her, she is now 29kg, the big one was bought as a guard dog but the people who had him could'nt control him and he was runnig rings around them, he needs a lot of work to keep him in check but their both worth it! the tractor collection is also very very safe in our house!!! -

As promised a picture of the twose hitch convertion, it works well, a bit of a mis-match with the power harrow though, I think I might need a big box of shear bolts
-
Super collection :) :) :o Anything left for sale??, I'm looking for a yellow county, but how can you bear to sell them?
-
Have just found out that twose trading are now making a hitch adaptor so I've ordered one from there, I'll post a pic when it arrives
