  1. Looking good Ben.........you sure it's a farmhouse and not a 1/32 model ?set for Lord of the Rings? ? :D

  3. As if I would rename a topic are ye sure is nae the forum sprites that did it ? Ah Yea-ssss I think it was :D
  4. Good progress there Tris, but not sure that is how you spell mucky :D :D :D
  5. They are not in the current range nor are they deer. They are springbuck antelope from the zoo range.Origanlly made in lead in the 50's I think it was introduced in plastic in the late 70's for a few years. They are not really rare in the plastic form, maybe more like hard to find. If you had one in lead though worth about $100. I didn't know about them until 1993 when back in the UK on holiday, popped into a toyshop in Otley and saw them there, didn't know what they were but as they were stamped Britains I bought the lot (.
  6. Cheap and I was going to give you 3 schillings and 6pence :D
  7. The MF is a 3120 with lodaer, also forgot I had a NH TG255 and a Case(older model can't read the number as it's too small)
  8. I don't have a handler...no point getting one as Marky won't make me any tattie boxes Just Kidding :D :D
  9. Probably about 10 tractors (1 is a MF ) 1 combine These are all JD Loads of animals and buildings as well.
  10. I collect 1/64 Marky, I use that scale for my North American Farm, 1/32 for the Euro Farm. :)
  11. Very very nice Bill. I just hope with that swivel hitch that they will hook up okay to the tractors.
  12. Best bet would be to go to a model railway shop, there maybe something you can use in the 1/24 scale section
  13. I think this question was brought up on TTT. The reason behind the wires is that the models go through a lot during shipping and the distance is so far that this is the best way to protect the models. ?I find this a bit puzzling, if all the models are made in china why are some in styrafoam and some with wires. ? ???
  14. Nice pics Marcus, like the use of the Britains zoo fences :) :)
  15. Gave me a laugh when I read it though ? :D
  16. So I'll have 20 boxes then Mark, ship em off to Marcus when ready to be distressed, then Marcus can ship em off to chilly Canada ? :D :D :D
  17. There is my answer in the above posts as to why finding Britains over here is like finding rocking horse ....... They would be sued to death with all the problems they have, be easier to stay away from the North American market me thinks..... ??? ???
  18. No the Charolais have always been bigger. That Freisian bull needs to retire, I always thought it looked a tad small.
  19. :P Thanks? I am also partial to the animals? they brought out in the early 90's the pigs and sheep were really well modelled. Wondered why they dropped them? I don't think anyone can argue the fact that Britains are definately way ahead in the animal department...I wonder what UH would look like if they made them
  20. Nice very nice, have to get myself some of those plump chickens modelled after the lead mould
