  1. I know my dad used to make moulds when he was in the fireside mantel business. He would create the master from wood then make a cast using dental plaster ( that used for making false teeth). I'll ask him if it a feasible option and if it was easy to get a hold of.
  2. Okay Here we go again. Final price on this item. http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=741&item=6955682385&rd=1 YIKES !!!!
  3. I agree that is way too expensive. If I see an item and they want a % for paypal or money for converting funds from $ to ?, then I stay well clear.
  4. This refers to point I made in another topic "Do you ever look at the items bought by those that outbid you" Look at the items the guy has bought in the past, the first page is almost entirely knives (which is a bit scarey) What they gonna do with a bale wrapper?? Shrink wrap them ha ha!. I think the first 4 letters in the userid ID says it all.

    Bruder toys

I've never seen them in the flesh.....I think they are a bit bigger that Britains 1:16 scale although I could be wrong. I think fadinghairline has bought some for his kid.
  6. At the bid price it seems a good price for them. The buy it now is a bit extreme (okay a lot extreme). Do these not sell for ?4.99 a set ??
  7. Just found these YIKES !!!! http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=831&item=7140913786&rd=1 http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=741&item=6950562294&rd=1 Seems pretty steep to me
  8. the word dumb asses? comes to mind? ha ha!
  9. Check this out....... http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=741&item=6950402630&rd=1 Could you not go out and buy a real one for the same money ha ha!
  10. Just received an email from ebay saying I am not bound to buy the item (see earlier post this section). The ebay seller is no longer a registered user. Did you report him ihatepoundland?? Hope you get your tractor cuttsco
  11. I was just looking at pinkkitten100 feedback. That baler you bought ihatepoundland, pinkkitten100 bought the same one in January. 1grom999 has a lot of multiples for sale 3 shawne poole trailers ???????? Even the pics he uses are all the same.
  12. Placed a bid on this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=6948014796&ssPageName=STRK:MEBI:IT Want to see how long it takes for pinkkitten100 to outbid me
  13. Looks like you got a bargain that time ihatepoundland. The animals are starting to fetch crazy prices too, and they are free of BSE and foot & mouth ha ha!
  14. I know absolutely crazy.....must have taken leave of their senses. Oh by they way, if anyone wants cows like the ones in the above auction, I can round you up a set for 21 quid ha ha!
  15. Okay after seeing this I think might have to start selling..... http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=741&item=6948008720&rd=1 The bull and 3 cows are still being made DUH!!! The calves aren't but they are on ebay all the time. I think there is a definate rat here as pinkkitten100 is the highest bidder on all of 1grom999's auctions. Check out the other items that are being sold, most are not that rare. pinkkitten100 is either very dumb or they are working a scam. I just feel sorry for the people who are actually bidding intentionally. Wrecks it for everyone, and I hope the seller sleeps sound in his bed at night
  16. I think these might be my favourite out of the Herald mould.
  17. I think the problem is that the Britain's dealer are few and far between outside of the UK. I am having no luck finding one over here in Canada. I think that is what forces up the prices, people just can't walk into a shop and pick up the items. Ebay is so handy. I however would rather go without than pay an astronomical amount for an item that is still in production. I love a bargain, so I guess my collection will never be complete, as I fail to justify paying the prices for items no longer in production.
  18. Glad I picked these up, paid $15 US for 3 of them about 3yrs ago. :o http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=741&item=6942806879&rd=1
  19. That Marston 12-Ton trailer finished at 21 pound 50 pence. Yikes !!
