  5. Maybe a aluminum dryer vent hose, it would give you the ribbed look and it is already silver. As for the rest, I don't know.
  6. Sunny today with a light breeze
  7. Looks like quite the team, thanks for posting them.
  8. Well we had rain this morning but sun the rest of the day. Suppose to frost tonight.
  9. Iv been a member for a few years now and I have to say that like MF you really get what you pay for and then some. I really like the 1/64th aspect of it, after all that's what I collect Luke
  10. i would have to say that it wouldn't damage the paint if you don't leave it on for long periods of time but I think the biggest problem you would run into is getting all of the dirt off when you wanted it off. For that I would suggest a blow gun attachment with an air compresser and maybe tips for crevices and what not. Hopefully this helps, Luke
  11. Great pictures, im sure the Claas had no problem that corn, some of it seemed pretty short. We need to start looking into a new Claas, we have a 880 now but corn season really put it through the ringer. I think we went through three clutches, a belt and the fan in the cab stoped working. I hear it got pretty tosty in the cab, she's starting to fall apart I think the biggest problem was that alot of our corn was twisted and broke due to a high wind storm the week before harvest.
  12. A new 1/64th JD cotten picker, maybe the new 30 series set but I might wait on that one. I would really like to get the new Steiger in 1/32nd when it comes out. I hope not to blow my budget for the end of the year
  13. Welcome to the fourms. Great work on the conversion, I always enjoyed the looks of the older fords.
  14. Im betting she was empty at the time? Not somthing I would like to call the boss about
  15. The weather, I was hoping to work today but the rain decided to stay so now im sitting around driking coffee. Hopefully tomorrow we can get more corn in.
  16. Well the plan was to chop more corn silage but we got too much rain so now I'm trying to install a new wireless printer I got and it is not going to plan.

  18. WOW that is huge must be quite the sight going down the road, and slow going. Does it rool onto a trailer for transport? Luke
  19. I think we have one pit that can be covered but the cover is never put on, 2 other out door pits and one large one that is the biggest, that one is built for our new barn and so that is we have to transfer manure from one pit to another we have room to do so. Ill see if I can snap pictures, I tend to forget my camera.
  20. Great work, I really enjoy the detail on it. I can only imagine what it will be like when it's done.
