Fine thanks Julian.been a busy spring for us at work some 300 aces of spring barley in this year 120 of W wheat and 230 of OSr.a bit dry.And how Are you doing.

Well we are well into first cut at the moment.maize drilling is nearly done,on the T2 spraying on the wheat.the new krone is going well,some days we are chopping 300 acres .the jag 980 and 870 have chopping together on a few farms.the jag 870 has started chopping on beef farms to.

We have drilled all our spring barley.on the peas now.got this mb trac 1500 on spinning our wettest ground this spring.getting silage kit ready.direct drilling beans last wk.

This wk the guys have been out with the new jd 9620RX and simba culti press,some drilling this wk of Spring barley withe the jd 8360R and the 8Rx on two horsch 8m sprinter st drills.

Well the guys have put ferti on the light land,and some slurry and digestate too.a bit of muck spreading has been done also.some ploughing to.we have also sold our challenger 865 and 4 wheeled tractors for a jd 8Rx and a jd 9Rx and also a 16 row vaderstad tempo maize drill.also a jcb 542 .70 loader.we have a Hugh amount of maize to plant this year for our mostly ad customers ,some for are dairy guys to.we have sold our claas jag foragers and got a krone big X 1180 and a claas jag 980.will add a 3rd forager soon.

Well we have done a bit of digestate and slurry on our light grd last wk when we had some dry weather,also a bit of ploughing on some grd for Spring barley.more rain on Sunday so this wk some straw out,hedge cutting and some pre season work on kit.some gritting tonight ,ready for snow to.our new sprayer,and a new forager to

Thanks Julian,hope you are keeping well.so wet at work .still 100 acres of wheat left to drill.osr lookin good though.happy X as.

It's been a wet Autumn ,we have got a big chunk of our wheat in so far,been ploughing and ph drill combi instead of the horsch sprinter or rapid.got about 150 aces of maize left to cut ,but just to wet.about 400 acres of wheat to drill but just to wet or on flooded grd we lost about 500 acres of osr out of 2500 acres,guys have done a bit of salt spreading on car parks etc.the snow ploughs,gritters ,snow blowers are ready.lets hope we get lots of snow.guys have been cleaning out ditches and hedge cutting and cart straw and muck ,digestate.the guys have also done a bit for slug pelleting and cultivating a bit of maize stubble were we can travel a few wks ago.

We have just finshed the 4th cut silage.and are spreading ferti for a 5th cut.a demo jcb 435s on the grass and maize clamp.ploughs on masseys.we have chopped about 1800 acres of maize with 4 foragers working in Hampshire ,Wiltshire and Gloucestershire.and a bit of sumo trio .

We finished harvest last wk.and also drilling osr.some we directed drilled with our new drill. Our jcbs 420 loaders turned up to.great machines ,have been out loading grain lorries and straw lorries to.

Its a siku jd 8360R.

The teams have been flat out lately,with about 2600 acres of wheat left 2 cut.a wet wkend so some time off.a far bit of straw to be baled so some turn nxt wk if we get some dry weather,other jobs nxt week are to get the drills ready for oilseed rape and forage rye and new grass leys,some muck going from dairy slurry lagoons onto wheat stubbles,for ploughing up 4 grass leys.3rd cut silage is done so the foragers are being serviced.are new jd 6250R is on the sumo multi press after the ploughs.we have found more work for our gritter Lorry out of winter season with the straw moving and have got a tractor drawn bale Carter too.big bale and round bale silage stacked.gator off to do soil sampling.and fastrac on injector.

Been thinking about making more use of this gritter Lorry out off season ,not quite finished.
