Where did you say the collection was located Walter? Not that I want to burgle it or anything
-
Over the past two days:
NH T7060 w/Kuhn butterfly mowers
Ford 7600 2WD and Claas rake
MF 698T and Welger round baler
Silage fleet with a Claas harvester and JDs drawing
-
Front wheels are the old Britains ones I think?
-
3/64" I think is what I used for older Fords anyway
-
I was only thinking of this recently, it's amazing how far things have come in the six years or so that the forum has been active

They got this right on the T7070 version so I'd imagine it was just a matter of using the regular decals for this pre-production version, it'll probably be fine when it comes out, like when Britains' NH yellow baler had yellow wheels in the initial pictures but white ones upon its release

It probably seemed like a good idea at the time, you have all this stuff and it's not doing anything, you're thinking, 'Imagine how much I'd have if I sold it'. Then it's gone and you miss it :'(

A grand space to be starting off with, looking forward to seeing how it progresses!

Put simply, there is no joined-up thinking, certainly not between model-making companies, and it would appear within those companies there's not much either.
I think it's best summed up by a comment Tellarian made a few years ago. He said that if somebody had the Britains range in real life they would be a contractor during the summer and then have an agricultural museum in the winter

I love the pic of just the grass and the top of the trailer, you should enter it into this year's Power On The Land competition!

I guess they must of had some Friesian cow paint left over too!!!!!
And they couldn't just hide it (sorry, couldn't resist another pun!)
-
whilst it doesnt look to good, i am asuming there must be a real one out there in this colour scheme?? so far i have not seen uh make a model of something that just doesnt exsist .i guess for uh its a great way to use up the remaining stock of a model thats not been made for a while now so you cant blame them for saying yes when the seller came along with the idea
Handy for those people who use TTV wheels on New Hollands too, less painting now!

I was only calving a laugh

Clearly it's a mystery to everybody!

Looks like the one from the UH Renault Ergos

It's an Irish Flag sure enough (an Italian flag is green, white and red - not orange)
At least you know what colours our flag is Mandy - too many people over here call it green, white and gold
-
What a load of bull!
Udderly rediculous!
They sure are milking the cow print theme!
Er......
Surely they cud come up with a better idea
-
Why an Italian flag?
-
The Valtra C just called, it wants its idea back!

I can't warm to the Blue Power versions for some reason, it just looks as if it belongs on The Fast and The Furious. If I were a farmer then I'd want my fleet all the same shade of blue (a cause of the poor sales of the real silver 7810, so we might see these fetching huge prices in 20 years!)
What made you sad today?

The losses experienced by David and Bas put all the rest of our problems into perspective, may their relatives rest in peace.
