  1. i think mine would be making a 6930, out of a siku 6920s and 7530 chassis' early last year, missed my old 6920s though so i took that apart, and bought the 6920s back to life and the 7530 for spares as i had another as a replacement
  2. well i've got the rims off just prized them with a pair of screwdrivers, i am going to order some flotations for it off Dave Towse, then i will paint the rims orange and fit the wheels to the axle to finish it off, i will keep this page updated when i can
  3. just a quick update with the new decals, it now doesnt have any wheels at all, although there is still one rim left on each axle, which i shall sort at the weekend, sorry for the bad photo quality, they were taken quickly when i got home from school !
  4. i'll get them off, think it will be a pliers and some molgrips though and twist to get it loose, then just prize them off somehow, thats the plan anyway ! i tried putting flotations over the top of the existing rims, they looked fine, just the problem was the wheels kept locking up because they were catching on the body on the inside \
  5. yep that's who i plan to order them off, don't know how im going to get the original wheels off though ! i tried earlier and they are rather tight \ but i now know the rims are going to be orange i found out from a friend of mine earlier who's im copying, will upload some pictures later with the decals on when i get some time
  6. right well i think i might be able to get some so no worries anyway ! by the way i think i used to have you on msn back when i had my msn as thelildude@live.co.uk, never spoke to you tho, as i have a new msn now
  7. i think thats it, a green one with a red chassis and says power tube on the side, if so how much do you want for them ?
  8. yep, well i just tried some siku branter power tube tyres on it, and they seem to fit quite well its just a bit fiddly to get them sitting right, so i can just paint the rims and fit the new tyres, you wouldnt have any power tube tyres to spare or know where i can get some would you ?
  9. has anybody got any of these spare that they no longer need ? i dont need the axle or anything i just need 4 flotation tyres the same size as what are on a siku branter power tube, if you can help just send me a message or reply to this post. cheers
  10. oh right i'll have a look sometime thanks ! got the decals on it now, the wheels are just being a bit tricky and dont want to come off, tried prizing them with some screwdrivers but they aren't having any of it ! i'll leave it until the weekend i think, besides i dont have any wheels for it anyway
  11. well, i dont usually but for these i just typed in 'wootton trailer logo' into google images and a very small wootton picture came up, printed it, cut it out and stuck it on with a pritt stick
  12. nope no close up pictures, will ring my friend tomorrow before i go to school, then work it from there, just doing the decals now
  13. ahh. well that could be a problem because i dont know from memory, i will see if i have any close up pictures of it on my laptop \
  14. looks good that does mate, just the decals are slightttly big ? but apart from that it looks pretty good !
  15. WHITE?! rather him than me ! wouldn't want to be the lad washing it that's for sure ! and thanks
  16. yepp, the basic bodywork is exactly the same, just a different paint job on the tailboard along with a different name on the side !
  17. yep, the pictures are off my phone so they aren't the best either ! needs some new decals as well i think as marston decals on a wootton trailer don't exactly look right, and the road wheels really do look silly, don't know why britains use them, a pair of flotations like the siku branter power tube look much better ! they are the wheels im going to use i think
  18. ahh that's perfect thanks, the farm near me always has theirs so dirty you cant see the rims for dirt !
  19. a local farm has one of these and i think they look smart as and i had 2 britains trailers, an orange one and a blue one, so i swapped the tailboards and hey presto ! just going to swap the wheels for some flotations and put some wootton decals on it, does anybody know what colour the rims are on these trailers though ? never had a good look \ but here are some pictures of it so far on the back of a JD 6820, just like real life, will update it when it has the new wheels and decals
  20. i might, then again theres spalding show coming up in april which i go to every time so i don't know, might get a jd 840i trailed sprayer and then get some more stuff from spalding
  21. jd 8345rt ? i was going to get that, till my 6 furrow plough hit some clay and knocked the last mouldboard off, its now on the back of a 6920s
  22. yep, thats why whenever i do any of my conversions i try to keep it on a britains or siku body with the britains or siku linkage, such as a massey 6465 im currently in the process of making
