I have been thinking, yes it does happen now and then!! What is going to happen with all these models we have(boxed ford 6600,MF 590 595,Fordson Super Major's etc.),when are they going to peak in value as there has to be a limit somewhere you would think?I know we all believe they will go on forever but realistically farming is going downhill fast, young people have no interest in getting involved so therefore they don't have the interest we did as kids or do as kids in the likes of Britains etc.Just a thought, feel free to slate me or agree.

Britains box no.9522 Which model was this?
the bairn 11 replied to the bairn 11's topic in Britains Farm Models
Sorry fairy, been a tad busy with work and have been buying a fair bit recently so forgot about the topic and getting back about the model,I can confirm it was a Mint MF 590 (no cab crack, nothing) in a Mint box "get in there".I have also bought a MF595 on ebay for ?43.00 mint in box recently box is mint but window is cracked, this also was box no.9522 still a cheap model me thinks.I will not be selling the MF 590 in the near future but once the silly money gets on the go again on ebay I will consider making a profit to pay of my mortgage -
What is the script with Bruder ,I bought a combine on ebay a few weeks ago 1:32 scale was a Claas Dominator turned out it was a Bruder I never knew they did such a scale?

Only teasing,in most cases a tractor is only as good as the man in the seat with the exception of our Fendt .That is why my JD6920s which has been chipped now Rules The Roost
-
Aye min,ye want a Jocky Deere then ye git in sit doon, and git oot when yer joab's din,nae fuss, nae bather If ye buy a Fendt ye git in,stert up,brek doon, git the mobile, phone the dealer.Wait fir the chanic tae come oot,git oot ,lit the chanic in tae fiddle aboot then it breks doon again!!! .This assumption is based purely on the Fendt 714 Vario, which lets us down with great regularity!!! (what you mean you can't understand the first bit )

Hi TOG,The left hand door wasn't to bad but if you went in the righthand door and it had the column change gearbox, look out perfect height to catch the old testies :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( Wasn't the most spacious cab but hae no worse than the Fendts of nowadays they are shocking >

I have often thought about that ,my dad had three 5610T,6610 & 6810.Would be really smart with the roof hatch and the black skirts on the rear mudguards. Can't be that difficult can it? .Calling Dave towse

They tend to vary anything from ?20 -?50 ;Dfrom what I can remember -
Hi there I can second that DT's are tops.I have the 7740 with front linkage on a 3m one pass with press on front,7840 which I am fitting up with a power loader and a 8340 with front linkage which has 5 furrow Dowdswell reversible and a Dowdswell furrow press on the front hitch.Great models total value for money. Also they always arrive well protected and boxed.(that will be another few quid saved on the next order )

Something about it says to me its slightly smaller proportioned, looks very similar though.
