Thanks for the feed back guy's here's a link to the TV show that the dozer was on http://media.putfile.com/D575Liebherr,enjoy PS what about these triples Marky, only 44 in the entire world it weighs 150+ ton biggest in the UK is Cat D11 about 110 tons Here's where to get one http://www.ohsmodels.co.uk/modelshop.php then click on HiMoBo click on my web site for more pics Regards Joe.
  20. Hi Marky,it's made by a company called HiMoBo from Germany, here's a link http://www.himobo.com/eng/index.htm it say's 327 Euro but in the UK that strangelly turns out to be £320 ,the wheeled loader is made in England by ASAM http://www.asam.co.uk/nw2350.html incredable detail, but expensive, here's a couple of piccys, but enough of that, what about these triples, how do I go about getting them swapped. Regards Joe.
  21. Hi guy's and thank you for the welcome I collect /sell /convert 1/50 scale heavy plant, but 3/4 weeks ago I spotted an STX on Ebay going for a really good price so I bought it,now I need your help/advice/assistance,how do you get these horrible triples off and replace them with decent duals ,would I be cheaper buying an STX 500 or is there somebody out there who sells wheels at a reasonable price,as for my diorama, anybody is welcome to any photo's they like,I'll post a couple at the end of this. The first is a picture of the second biggest dozer in the world the Komatsu D575 ASR 152 tons Komatsu make a slightly bigger one with a bigger blade 24ft by 12 ft 163 tons, The second is a picture of the biggest wheeled loader in the world 270 tons with an 80 ton load bucket, thats 53 cu/yd I think a six wheeled concrete mixer is only 7 cu/yd,also here is a link to a truck which I received today, would make a nice conversion,if there is a suitable truck in 1/32nd scale http://www.hovertrack.nl/ hope you like it.there's a brilliant video on that site DIALUP BEWARE it's 8 minutes long Regards Joe.
  22. ;)Hi Andy, this is my first post (on this forum) 1/50th heavy plant is my thing, that truck you picked up is one of the old SMALL haul trucks,it only carries 170 ton,the one's they use these days carry 400 ton are 30 feet WIDE and 24 feet high, see attached, the excavator weighs 1500 ton,and the bucket holds 90 ton. Regards Joe.
