  1. Would look good loaded with bales and hitched up to a JD 2140.
  2. You`ll need a holiday after doing all of them Ricky. They say Spalding is nice at this time of year. Very nice indeed but they are the wrong color of green for me.
  3. Buy yourself some Araldite super glue plus, it comes with twin tubes and you mix it together. Sets in about 90 seconds. Normal super glue goes brittle after about 2 years so I dont use it.
  4. Sometimes I do. You have to change models now and again to break the monotony or you start making mistakes.
  5. You are doing well there Will, just take your time and all will come good. There will be no stopping you soon.
  6. Looking good. I still have a soft spot for those little tractors.
  7. Very nice indeed. If only we could all get our hands on a pair like that
  8. Some nice snow this morning. Took me an hour to travel 30 miles on the A1. Destination Alnwick, about 3" of snow lying there.
  9. Took the model down to the local JD dealer and he said leave it as is. The pics on hear make it look very bright but looks a lot better when looking at the real thing.
  10. Can soon be changed, but not tonight. The tractor widow is complaining that I spend too long making these models. Glad you all like it though.
  11. Back window is fixed open, so are the side ones. This will probably end up on ebay. I`m not sure yet.
  12. Has taken a while to do, but here it is. What do you think?
  13. Had a quick preview today. Looks great. When finished he will give it to me . And I will wake up any second now.
  14. Yes and the sore knees from hitting the steering wheel and the sore backside from the awful seat. I remember them all. It was like driving an old mini.
  15. Going off topic slightly, but does anyone know if Ertl still make the control knobs and levers for JD?
  16. Drilled a lot for pheasant cover around field margins, then let the sheep strip it down. They make a far better job than cattle at getting rid of the stalks. Very nice in a bit of scotch broth.( Both sheep and Kale )
  17. That is nice Ricky. Lets have some fun on ebay then.
  18. Roads are gritted on a road grade system. A road gritted first, then B, Then C and then Unclassified. C and Unclassified are then graded for school bus routes. If no school bus, then no grit. Ask your local council for a grit bin to be placed on the bend and you can always shovel some out when it gets bad.
  19. Glad you like it. I hope to see some nice pics of it with the rest of your collection.
  20. I`ll see. They are quite time consuming. I will make a 2140 with loader though.
