You have to remember that the JD is an operator friendly tractor and not everyone can jump into a Fendt and drive it. We won't even go into the reliabillity!

Because it is mostly a 6000 series. The 7430 and 7530 fit into the American range as they badge the 6000 series as 7000. Does that make sense? It is afantastic machine by the way, knocks the socks off a Fendt, shame it has been so long in coming though.

P.S I admit it, you beat me, this was my next plan to do this summer. Unfortunately as I said, you have beaten me. Looks brilliant, fantastic by the way. Most aditive tanks sit on the RHS at the front so you cans see the levels etc. That is where I wil add mine when I get round to it. Looking good though

One question, How would you open the rear engine gaurd to get to the radiator?

Brilliant, I thought it may get the thumbs up. I have built a Buzz Bar for it too but havent got any pics of that yet. Plan for the future is to put the kuhn flail topper on the front but I can't seem to find where to purchase one of those detailed front linkages like the UH ones. Anyone help? Probably paint the kuhn in McConnel colours. As I said I will build up my farm and get some pics on here of the process. Plan at the moment: JD 7400 SPFH, 7930 with front linkage and Agrium Models Buck rake for silage time, a few 7530's when they arrive, 6920 or two 3350 for yard work JCB telehandler, hopefully the new joal machine John Deere 2264 walker combine for my 'home farm' cereals 2 x BB960 Balers Claas variant UH Claas Wrapper baler from siku Varous trailers for the silage fleet I hope to construct a big bale wrapper < Mchale Obviously, king of all wrappers!! A couple of muck spreaders, Samson slurry injector Plan in the pipeline to build a Simba 'Spread a Bale' for my cattle sheds Then have some cattle sheds and some machine buildings along with a medium sized grain drier, either self built or seriously considering geting graham to buil one. Who's gramham and does he build sheds to buy? What are they made from? They look absolountly fantastic!!!

They do work well yes, it is a bit hard to drill a hole in the ends however. I must admit that I got the geometry wrong a little. I am planning to build up my model farm again, trying to decice what to call it. Considering Two Oaks Contracting or JAG Contracting (Two oaks farm). Love the site.

Now that looks great! How did you manage to fit your air filter to the bonnet? I take it they are britains wheels and axles? Well done!!

I always remove the drive for the beaters anyway. I think it looks crap and you dont want them turning when your on the 'road'. Never mind atleast this model will be nice with some bigger wheels and also a few additions, pto, pipes, electrics etc.

I think you'll find it is this spreader: I can't beieve they didnt fit a sliding main door. It is a brilliant spreader in real life.
