-
watching a student drive past me in a JD6920 and Welger 520 baler with his name on it thinking hes great, the same student who i tried to show how to work a mf 6150 and Vicon 1601 baler last year, after 2 hours i gave up he still put out the bales before the net was on!
mabey it was naths 17 year old hired hand?
-
Why was the Ts and 82 sitting in shed?
thats what i was wandering, thought it would be a better silage fleet with the fords instead of the little masseys.
-
jd 7920 planting potatos with a six row planter
massey 390t chopping silage with a massey 590 carting off, newholland 8340 on the pit and a ts115 and 8210 sitting in the shed
Newholland tm (175 i think) with a loader hauling big square bales of straw.

looking good phil
is it based on Balquindichie beside Cairnnorrie?

Thats some set up!! Either you got alot of acres or your going to do three runs each and be done with it!! Lovelly models in there, the tyre packer is something that hasn't been thought of before. Lynx Sumo is it?!! Your layout aint small is it?!!!
The tyre packer is similar to a sumo but it has tractor tyres instead of lorry ones. the layout is a fair size it takes up half the room itself, dont know where to put the field boards when i get them made
???

I really like the JD 8430T w/ that attachment. What is that, a power harrow or somethig like that? What ever it's called, i like it.

A blast from the past, what looked to be a MF 590 or similar (was to dark to see for definate)with a snowplough and gritter, gritting carparks.
-
more snow last night, heard today that the weather will be like this for another 2 weeks
not looking good for farmers up here to get on with the spring drilling.

not sure of any of the details, can't even remember where i found the pic,
been saved on the computer as a screensaver for about 2 or 3 years. pity i cant remember looks like a good event.

doesn't she look a fine example
;D

Hmmm
\ Any pictures?
sorry no pics of the gritters might manage to get some at some point, brief description round, orange, hold about half a tonne of grit and fit onto the three piont linkage.
-
more snow here last night, still not enough to use the snow scrapers though.
We mostly use two tm155's and kuhn gritters for doing carparks
-
Theres been a light dusting of snow up here again today, its melted already but theres suppost to be more to come
\ thought it was meant to be spring

the trolley is made from various sizes of plasticstruct, the wheels are donated from an old howard rotaspreader.
i did consider shortening the header but though i would make a mess of it!
-
the lights and triangles are just sticky white labels coloured in and stuck on, nothing fancy
the wheels may be too far back, just made it from guess work
our real claas trolley has the wheels in the centre.
