  1. Hey im usesing 2inch long downer cow needles for my rakes. they have a super sliced point and are stainless and hollow. they dont look to bad. when i run out i just go to the vets and get some more. Just my way of doing them. hope it gives you some ideas

  3. Hey guys i finaly pulled finger and re modeled the trailer a bit. its now a tandom axle and shorter as surgested. Thanks for the input. More would be helpfull thanks

  6. I never thourght of that model. i dont have it in my colection yet so i might just go cut up one of my rollers and try the brass rod. ill post a pic when i have done it. I was thinking the siku rollers becouse it has the frame for the folding up of the rear crumbler??

I was thinking of cutting one of the presses in half and off-set it half way to match the patern of the real ones. i want to figure out how to scolip the press (like the disc blades) and i was just thinking for the packer roller i could add brass rod to the siku rollers and cut a good chunk out of the orignal roller? would that look right?
  8. Thanks gav. They are kind of out of scale. my m8 tows his with a 716 fendt and i put mine behind my 716 and they didnt look rite at all. way to big. id like to add a cage roller also but i havent got the skill yet

    Hey im pretty sure that the left is closer to the orignal type of tires it had. alot of farmers put the mud type (right side) on for when they were used in winter in order to get better steering traction ( the ribed tyres slide realy easly on the side(turned (My 2140 is shocking even with a buckt of silt)) but the ribed tyres are what you genraly see on old 2wd tractors hope this helps you

Thanks for the input guys its helping me so much. ill post another pic when i get it rebuilt
  14. The tread patern is alot diffrent to the Orignal. i think it looks like a 7010 series now with the slightly large wheels. Yea thats the plan just havent got any JD yellow left used it all on my mail box. Im still working on how to make them removable. atm they are just on a bar axle. When i get more time im going to make them like snaplock ones

  16. The pit crew are. A 1:40 scale Hyunadi HL770 with a (poorly) homemade buckrake and a JD6920s and a front end loader mounted buckrake poorly) Homemade again im still improving both rakes. Here is a beta pic of the pit crew

  21. Those NH TGs they are The UGLIEST things ever id rather look at my naked mother in law thn one of the TGs ( my mother inlaw is not any where near hot either). Just my oppion

At the moment i have is est up so the 2 end guides to hold the headders on to the trailer hence why its so long. how can i shorten it and still hold it? i was thinking it needs to be a tandom. just have to find more wheels. thanks for the advice its all constructive to me and points me in the rite direction. on a side not can some one pm me how to resize my pics please. i just cant figure it out
  24. i got a whole heap from the shop that makes screen doors 2day. it wasnt enough for a door so i got it for free. its a steel mesh type stuf. looks cool.
