I have heard more on the first story of the lad electrocuted in his combine. It is only word of mouth but this is how it goes.
The unloading auger on the combine he was driving packed up and so he was told to leave it in the unloading position. Electricity in the surrounding area had been blinking all day due to the auger arcing on the above electricity wire. Next thing to happen was a problem with the header so he got out of the cab and jumped to the ground as we all do to investigate the problem. Unbeknown to him he had stopped beneath a wire, thus arcing with the auger. In a unfortunate twist of fate, smelling burning he went to get the fire extinguisher .. The rest as they say is a very sad history. Grim to say the least poor fellow.

Cheersa for the pics mark, the 703 looks lot diffrent to the baler i saw( it was under blackberry tho

Wow she is nice, guessing its the 4m version? ive seen a 6m version been assembled and they are one too; of a machine, look like they are nice to use, might have to get this drill

Er... I've got the subsoiler... and a 703 baler (but not the 701 sadly)... as for the reversible plough... nope... sorry I can't help... never even seen a brochure on that plough before (assuming you mean the butterfly one)
How diffrent is the 703 from a 701? the one im trying to id has/ had a self powred engine on her, The pough is the butterfly one, Could you chuck up the subsoiler one please mate?

Hey markey do you have any more info/pics on the 701 baler, the subsolier and the reversable plough, I mainly need to find more 701 pics to try and id a baler looking alot like that one

And im guessing he was working at fast idle? That thing would do share bolts with out a hint of engine grunt when it broke

Oh they have a sweet note, there was a 210 on the dyno at the case dealer this morning, he keept winding the presure tap up on the dyno and she started to purr, sounded so sweet under the pto load
