Now thats something worth having!
Thanks ever so much Gary, so chuffed to have been able to acquire this one. Lots of childhood memories of the real machine. Great that Dennis had the foresight and skill to recreate it in 1/32nd scale using scratch built and Scaledown parts.

Lovely to see Peter, especially that little Duncan cabbed Fendt Farmer.

Thanks David, they’re brilliant...I’m going to have to get it finished now!
You're very welcome John, thanks ever so much, anytime, pleased I could help. I do have a photo copy of an original sales brochure on these somewhere which I will endeavour to dig out and scan up to hear for you as well.

That’s the one David, I thought you’d recognise it! I remember starting it after I’d seen it in the magazine, but like a lot of other builds it got sidelined. Should try and get this one finished actually, some of those photos will help!😉
That's great to hear John. Video clip of the old girl in action, good job my friends don't have any neighbours........it makes quite a noise! 😃........I'll post the rest of the photos I have of it shortly for your reference.

Visited one on demonstration in North Lincolnshire yesterday afternoon. Whilst I'd want to spend a lot more time with one on a farm to give it a fair and unbiased appraisal it certainly appeared impressive, and Deere are definitely not stretching the truth in terms of output.........it also makes an S790i look small.

A couple of nice purchases there David, is the 8070 staying as is or are you going to have a tinker with it?
Thanks John, been looking for both of these for a while now. The 8070 will be kept original. 🙂

Theres a few creeping in now, but none on my patch yet...............saw my first working Lex 8900 today but camera failed😠.................just like catkoms it didnt have the fold back auger surprisingly, despite 13.8m header!
Peacock and Binnington, and B&B Tractors a shifted quite a few IDEAL 8 and 9s around here for this harvest fitted with both the Gehringhoff and standard headers. Was told there's five 10Ts gone onto farms for this season, all not far from each other. Two with steering wheels and three with the joystick set up. I've a 9250 Axial Flow to photograph next week after this next lot of rain has passed, and the local Deere dealer Ripon Farm Services have sold an X9 to farm i've photographed on before in North Lincolnshire that was on display at the Great Yorkshire Show, fingers crossed i'll be able to see that at work this Summer too. Looks like Doubledays down your way have shifted quite a few X9s this year.
