Has any one hear ever drove a massey 5455 i think there called?
-
Im not sure what tipe same it is to tell u the truth.U would get 2wd 4 cylinder crystals/ursus for a lot less than 2k with a bit of searching its only the 6 cylinders that are hard get at the right money.
-
Hears the 8045 4wd which is going in the third batch. Oh before ye ask the tractor at the back is a same.
-
Oh right lads! But still why not just stick a pto clutch in the 955 simon?
-
Well no body wants them except exporters and tractor pullers so i dont see no harm in getting rid of a few hundred the more that go the higher value they will get in a few years time.
-
Im not sure yet probebly a couple of 8011s because da wants to keep the other 6 cylinder for the next batch and the 4wd 8011 to for the third one.
-
it won't to for much longer gonna sell it soon pto keeps silping out of gear :'( :'( :'( :'(
Well simon if he can afford to spend 6 grand on it im sure he will not mind spending a few hunderd on putting a pto clutch in it?
-
Yeah i think shes going in a batch of exporters.
-
Thanks for comments lads/ladys
Yeah james i bought a 1/16 scale IH of them last year at the ploughing match a good selection to i have there contact number some were. ;
-
There a fair weapon alright but they handle like a tank they they dont have syncromesh gears and a terible steering lock not to mention the huge space behind u in the cab they wouldent be very good for ploughing the best job they could do is pull a lo loader or something but the 6 cylinders have a very sweet running engine i love the sound of them this ones heading to poland/chezc republic im not sure?
-
Thanks Mr C... yeah... they did have "something about them" didn't they.. a LARGE tractor in its day as well... first of MF's real biggies over here in the UK
Yeah most tractor manufactures first big tractors were impresive machines.
-
Some one should fix that exaust nice lookin tractor them 180s the wheels on the front are a bit small doh.
-
Theres a county skid steer in there under all that crap! also our roadless major agri king 970 and the big 6 cylinder crystal its sum machine!
-
Great stuff marky they really were an impresive looking tractor!
-
-
The one that attracks me the most altough i havent got one yet is the john deere mower what a great looking replica of the real machine we use to have a john deere mower a good machine except for the mounting i think thats why my father got rid of it!
-
