Great looking low loader, and brilliant start to the Ford, really looking forward to watching this one. Really liked the look of those loading shovels. A local grass/drying farm used to have an A66. Ps. If you want any brochure pics/dimensions let me know, and I can forward them through.

Love these archives, great photos, excellent background info and details, really brings it back into focus.
An era which didn't seem quite as rushed, more people/more tractors and tackle at work (admittedly not as efficient as today) just seemed to be better/more interesting times, maybe l have rose tinted glasses, but I would love to go back in a time machine for a season.....
Thanks again for posting bluegreen.

Looks different weather to the last time we were on the field Mr Smith . As we were saying the other day, harvest seems ages ago now, can't believe it's only 6 weeks since we were on the field. Nice job with the plough there Smithy. What's going in the field for next Season?

A beast in its day, lovely old tractor. Such a pity Britain's, UH and even Marge models made a bit of a fudge of the TW's.

Great photos again, absolutely love this era, (especially when there's a few Fords and a few Claas thrown in )

Cheers for the update Smithy, same here, some poor stuff - especially the spring crops, which went in very late anyway (as it was so wet early on, other crops such as potatoes hadn't all been lifted until April/May) then from the spring cereal going in the ground - upto last week, virtually no rain at all. Some of spring stuff it is so poor, a few farms are looking at whole cropping, as it's not worth combining.
The joys of farming........
