Indeed Tris,
Fully respect your opinions, and all other FTF users, well most anyway....

I stand by my opinion - for me the forum is less without Atte's posts - from a personal point of view I use the forum to gain information about agri models - be it new releases/scratch builds and other misc news items. And for me - when it comes to information about new releases/future releases - Atte - delivers the goods, more so than any other poster on the forum - I'm not saying other sources don't deliver on new release news, but Atte delivers the most, and usually first. Yes the info is in the public domain - but thats why I use this forum - so I don't need to trawl the internet for my agri model updates.
The above is of course only my opinion - many may disagree, and anyone not interested in new releases/future models probably won't read/be that interested in Atte's posts, but as it is one of my interests - for me it is a loss....

Well said Barry - where has Atte gone?? - was going to raise the topic myself - and exactly as you do Barry, when I see an Atte post, its the first post I open, really appreciate Atte's posts & inside knowledge.
If Atte has gone, the forum is poorer for it.....

Very valid point Niels, I made my own header trailer - but it is very much that - homemade design, as when researching details/pics for a N-H CR trailer, I came across a few variations.
So is it the case (no pun intended...) that N-H do not supply there own header trailer with a big varifeed header?
Regards,
JEP

As already posted, very nice review Niels, with some great pictures. My main dissapointment with this model is the fact that no header trailer is supplied - given the price of around £85/100 euro - don't think that is expecting to much...
Just one point on the Norev 770, it is the 750 which is out of scale (wider than it should be) - the model dimensions are based on the 770 (1.7 m drum etc).
Regards,
JEP.

As Malc says - 580/+ Same physical size as 600 (and pretty much 770 for that matter) - but for the 520 - you drop to a drum width of 1.42 m - as opposed to 1.7 m of the bigger machines (540-560 and 580 and above) - hence a narrower bodied machine.
Although if you are making a straw walker machine (540-560) - from a Noscot 580 or Siku 600 you would need to modify the rear left side (if facing the machine, i.e the opposite side to the unloading auger) as they are two different designs.(fuel tank position/size & position of outer guards etc).

Hi all,
A few months back??? - I remember some posts regarding 1:32 scale card/cut out combines, namely a MF 760, and a Ransome combine (902/1001), but now I can't find the topic? any help as to which discussion board it was in would be much appreciated.

JEP.

Echo the comments above,
That is a lovely collection of blues that you have built up David. Loving that late series Roadless 120 - with lambourne cab, is that based on GB's 120? and who makes the cab??.
All very nice models
Regards,
John.

thats a nice size, but why only 3000?? will there be another version out after i wonder,
Maybe it will be a 1st edition - with lots of warning decals? as per limited 108 which was launched at agritechnica 09, or perhaps a Dominator 98 to follow (Norev already have the tooling for cab/restyled header tinwork with the 108.....??)

Excellent news!
A lovely late 70's/early 80's classic Claas combine.

Thank you for the comprehensive reply Lord F
Not having seen the U-H 1250 in the flesh, have the visual differences been captured on the model - i.e grill, mirrors, modified interior, and back end, or have U-H just re decaled the 1200?
I would like a 1250 to go with my 1200, but only if its an accurate representation.....if that makes sense
-
Thanks Sean
-
Sorry if this has been previously covered, (actually thought it had, but cant find post anywhere...)
But to all our MF experts - is the 1250 an accurate representation or just a re-decaled 1200 (not being an MF expert, any info much appreciated)
regards,
JEP.

Whats the best way/most practical way of tinting plain cab glass - if any??
-
Also comes back to the question - are the 750 & 770 just decal changes? because if so - they are not accurate - either one is to wide, or one is to narrow - depending what the model has been based on...... \ , (unless Norev has made two castings??) and as previously mentioned, the 40 foot table is only available on the 770TT.

Mighty fine set up there Alex!
Very impressed with the whole layout, what size would the grain store be in real terms?
