Bought a variable speed rotary tool from maplins with 109 pieces a set of tweesers and some superglue

for these i use mitre glue from b and screw

Have you painted it in a cold damp area? If so sometimes putting it in a dry warm place may cure it. If not get some appropriate thinners and cotton wool buds and go easy at removing it a bit at a time

Some people use door mats May be of some use

Rap them individually in toilet paper then put them in a box Cheep and cheerfull

I think the other lads/lasses have covered most of it but I would say the first thing to think about is what tools you have at your disposal. You only need basic craft tools for Plastruct but for working with MDF some good power tools would be of great benefit. Base wise don't go for anything less than 6mm I would sugest 9mm MDF would be better as it doesn't flex too much. It all boils down to your personal abillities and preferences to what materials you use for a building Start simple and then as you get more confident the sky is the limit. Regards Scott

A simple way is to use an old hair dryer and heat it gently with that doesn't leave black marks like you can get with a candle most hair dryers have a couple of heat settings so experiment to see what works

Another way is to get a sharp knife and scrape the fuzz off (a bit like scraping a spud) but don't try to slice it
