Anyone coming to Spalding this weekend? Have added a lot of old MF, IH and Ford literature to my files lately with some good purchases of collections from farmers and salesmen in East Anglia and the east midlands, plus quite a few new hard-to-find European and North American brochures. I will have my usual table in the middle of the main hall. Do you have many doubles of these up to date modern brochures, I might be interested in doing a swap for some older ones I have? I am getting behind with my current ones and need to restock.

Regards

Rory

I might to be able to help Rory just let me now what you are after cheers Ben.

Hi Ben/Niels

Basically, I am getting behind with my recent sales brochures on certain brands, excluding JD, McCormick/Landini and MF, which I'm not too bad on. The rest, including Same, Deutz, NH, even some Case-IH, I am patchy.

In terms of new brochure releases over the past 18mths I have slipped back. I'd gladly buy a bunch of brochures....my interests are anything with three or four wheels and an engine, be it a sprayer, combine, tractor, spreader, anything self-propelled from any manufacturer.

I have boxes of older brochures from the mid-1980s onwards (mostly early 1990s onwards) that I can swap in return. I am interested in bulk, the more the better, and if I haven't got the brochure, I will probably want it.

Happy to swap older for new, just as long as I get something for my collection ultimately I'm happy.

Regards

Rory

The latest additions to my collection. With the help from fellow forum member Paulali I was able to get quite a few brochures that are otherwise difficult to obtain over here.

First picture: JCB Fastrac 3000 Xtra and 8000 Series. MF Centora, Activa S, 9280 Delta and Beta brochures. All thanks to Paul for his help!

Second picture: US-style Case IH Steiger, Quadtrac and Magnum brochures.

Third picture: John Deere T-Series, W-Series and S-Series.

All these came from Paulali. The rest is obtained from Ebay and local dealers.

Fourth picture: Standen Rapide Tanker MkII, Fahr M1600, Krakei potato harvesters, Sprint potato harvester, Krakei 123 pot harvester, Fendt Favorit 611 and 612S.

Fifth picture: Deutz Intrac, Claas Avero 240, 3 different NH TC brochures, JCB Fastrac 1115 & 1135, Krakei SP (Ford 4000 skid) and Miedema range brochure.

Sixth picture: Claas Disco mowers, Lexion 700, Lexion 600 Tier 3B, Valtra S Series and Lexion 500 range.

The CR on tracks looks great and I was very tempted to buy the UH one for this year but with the JD7810 and the Krampe trailer on the near horizon and the possibility of a new NH CR model for next year or a decent Claas 780 model highly likely by Agritechnica Im waiting till next year.............again ;D

I just got the Magnum brochure for reference........................you will see why shortly ::)
