Lovely photos Bill, those T-cab scania's are reeally smart, when I was little I got to sit in the one that the firm my dad worked for owned, made my whole year especially as it was leading sugarbeet so ther was a tractor and a harvester in the same field. ;D:P

There were 4 at the show. Another one from Nicol of Skene and another show only one from Gordon Riddell. I bet there have nver been so many T cabs in Tarland all at one time ;) ;)

Now I'm still trying to work out what the classes for the tractor judging was but I suspect it was up until 19??? and after 19??? and most original but I could be wrong. The winners also got a bottle of whisky...in fact I managed to acquire Vic mathers one but I did pass it on to him ;) ;)

nice pics bill , nice T cabs although never been a fan , & don't really consider them as a good looking trick , be nice to own one & not have to work it though , i remember in a scania mag , a man actually had his T cab pimped to a convertable  & the sleeper was revamped to have back seats ! sure beats a z3 !

the new addison trucks look well but the plank sided bodies make them look old fashioned not helped by the traditional paint work , favorites have to be the DAF CF ,DTC civil & surfaceing & the 700 FH16 although the McIntosh livery looks quite good , not at all boring , i think the grey & red go well & resemble the welsh haulier mansell davies  grey & maroon livery

nice DB 900 :)
