Growing up on a farm

I live on the Norfolk/Suffolk boarder by Halesworth, but my works based in cambridge, I design Schools etc and have projects in Lincolnshire so I come past on my way up to Boston. I went that way the other week the new road has a bunch of idiots on it and I prefer the fun of driving on the smaller winding roads. Anyway they haven't closed the road off yet... I know pinchbeck yes, I use it to get from Boston to Grantham. I'm sure you will find work there somewhere.

yeah the old road is like a drag strip now it's so clear from Crowland to Spalding

Well, i know i said there weren't going to be any more posts on here, but that may be about to change, it seems my luck has changed for the better, the certain person who made me leave, just so happened to have an accident last night involving a tractor and is now in hospital, so i am just praying like mad that he will be made to stay off work from now until mid september, that would give me the chance to go back for the summer and get back to school still with plenty of time before he gets back, will keep everybody updated!

The boss came into my dads work today to fetch some hydraulic rams (probably after i knackered the stone crusher, well i didn't knacker it, it was just rubbish anyway) and asked if i was going back in the summer for harvest, my dads reply was: "while that clumsy tw*t is still on the farm, Josh isn't stepping foot back in the yard" which is rather true, if anybody has been to any farm shows lately with vintage tractors in the lincolnshire area, particularly the east of england show, the health and safety precautions may have been more strict than normal? That's because of the bloke who made me leave, after he somehow managed to run himself over with an ex-US air force tug (I don't know either!) just thought i'd let you know. It was also mentioned in the Peterborough evening telegraph, so before you think i'm dropping him in it, most people already know.

lmao, love it, you should go back mate, its experience at the end of the day and just have to live and work with these people sometimes. its like doing a job you dont like just so you can eventually progress, you might not like it at the start but it gets better with time

laugh my little bum off, love it, you should go back mate, its experience at the end of the day and just have to live and work with these people sometimes. its like doing a job you dont like just so you can eventually progress, you might not like it at the start but it gets better with time

i've thought about it alot, even considering ringing the boss up one night but the thing is, most of the jobs i would be doing, i would be doing them with him, and i struggled to work with him even when i got on with him, so trying to work with him after telling him where to stick it would be much harder, especially when he starts getting stressed because he can't fit a light onto the front of a shed, then it just gets pathetic
