Deere-est's Bits n Bobs

Deere-est

Question

Well here is what I was up to over the weekend, with a sheet of 0.8mm ply and some square dowl you can do endless little bits and bobs for your farm yard. Here are a few disposably type pallets, the sort you see down the builders merchants.

Here is what you need 3mm dowel not shown. A measuring tape, a straight edge, a craft knife and of course the madatory 0.8mm ply for the pallet planks. I cut them 4mm wide.

Use two planks to glue the dowel at the required distance, making sure it is square with one plant at either end. Then work your way from one end to the other, my spacings are a shade under 2mm.

No worries Ben, been having a mess around on Dads old pc and I can resize them in the Paint program, hence the white bit round the edge!! I'll have a look and see about price and PM you both, it isn't going to be much.

This is what has been taking up my time for the last few free hours I have had here and there over the last week or so. I have just as much made up but not painted and more gluing at the moment so before long my workshop will be complete on the inside aswell. Need another trip to the paint shop though.

Thats what Mark said last night.

I just slapped grey, brown, green and more brown on it with the small brush then while it was still wet I rubbed it all in with my index finger. Ideal.

Thing is, I have the same colour nose now  :-[
