Lord Ferguson
Export... Benelux... August 1969 at a guess Niels.... nice piece that mate..... I've got a couple of other in that style... but I didn't know a 487 version existed. 2800 would be the production run... VERY short in MF terms mate
Niels
Well Holland isn't very big so I assume 2800 is plenty . Not a bad gift then I reckon! Got it from a friend.

Massey Ferguson 174C Massey Ferguson 154C Massey Ferguson 250 Marky, maybe you could help me with the code on the back. From the 174C it reads: UKMF 246/97K/10m. Does that also give away what year it is from? The 154C code is: 245/77G/6m.

Lord Ferguson
Ok, thanks . Always good to have an expert at hand! Oh yeah... and who is that :D I'm just a bluffer Niels... I make it up as I go along usually :D 10m and 6m is the production figures.. M being the Roman numeral for 1,000 .. so 10,000 and 6,000 I guess. I've found some brochures with a production run as low as 1,000 or 2,000... but MOST MF brochures are 5m minimum a lot are 50m .. some even 100m :of :of
