stapelopfordson
Niels, first of all the best wishes for 2012! Nice to see how you are adding all these different brands to your collection. I'm still wondering how you are making a selection of which you want to buy in this never ending collection . I'm already struggling to keep up with scanning auctions for Ford related stuff. Niels
Most is down to price Ronald. Nearly all of these brochures didn't cost anymore than 99p. I just scroll around on Ebay and bid on whatever I fancy . Trying to close the gaps a bit in my collection.
FordTractorCrazy
you are quite succesfull at it.. nice additions. Had a look at the County 762H brochures myself as well, still missing one of those, but like you, i tend to bid not to high as there is lots out there that hasnt made its way to my collection yet. happy 2012, good luck with your collection.. always a pleasure to see what you found on your ebay strolls... Niels
The first 762H with the square cab wasn't expensive at all, in my opinion, for a County brochure. The second was a bit dearer at £6.50 but I guess that is what you can expect for a County brochure. Plus it's in good condition. Lets hope it'll increase in value . All the best in the new year to you fellow brochure and model collectors as well.
Niels
Time to get up to date again with my collection. Some more recent additions. I will only include the most recent arrivals not including new brochures otherwise the topic will get flooded.
Niels
We cleaned up at work recently so took home plenty of brochures again. Here's two that arrived from Ebay lately. County Seven Five Four and 1184 TW. More to come soon.

Niels
It's been fairly quiet in the brochure section. Plenty of new additions in my collection so about time to put a few interesting ones online. -Massey Ferguson combines: 16-20, 30-32-34-38, 30-40 Series, 240, 430, 535, 800-805, 860-865-, 8780, 8900 telehandler. -Case IH 85 XL series, 4200 series, International 1400 Axial-Flow series, Case IH 1600 A-F series. -Roadless 120K, County 1474-1884, Super Four 754. -Ebro 350, 450, 6100. -Ransomes 801-1001 combine, JD 965-975, 965H, 970 and finally Fahr M1200. stapelopfordson
Nice additions again, Niels. And yes it is indeed very quiet in de brochure topics. According to my self there is nothing to show at the moment, but some nice ones to come. Normally I have about 10 new ones per month, but the most brochures I want at Ebay are selling for a lot of money, to much for me....
Fendt Fahrer
that is the problem. Paying 20-30 dollars a crack and my monthly budget is out of the Window..... so if I buy two that is two months I prefer the free ones I know they are new but one day they will be old as well.. Niels
Ronald; I get the idea prices are rising on Ebay? Some silly money is being paid for certain brochures. Or maybe i'm just tight!

Niels
It has been nearly six months since i've last updated this topic! Much to long to be honest but it seems most brochure collectors have dissapeared elsewhere (apart from a few die hard blue boys ). It is impossible for me to show you all the items that came to my collection since late January. I reckon I got about 300 new brochures since. A big thank you must go to fellow forum member Hicksy (Philip) as I managed to buy a lot of interesting items of him through the forum. Here are some I am particularly pleased with: International 946, 1046, 1246 Marshall D-Series Massey Ferguson 4880/4840 Fendt Tool Carrier F 250 GT Lely Victory Mark III Ford Force 4000 Ford Force 5000 Ford 8100 International 5288 International Fieldforce Fortschritt E512 Fowler Challenger 33 International 1255 & 1455 XL Massey Ferguson 1155 Some of these are rare, some are not. They are just my personal favourites.
rorsday
Nice brochures Niels, very nice. Some rare material there, that Lely combine single sheet is hard to find, the fold-out multi-page brochure is far more common. Thanks for sharing them, always nice to see. Niels
Rory: Do you think so? They do come by on Ebay every now and then (where I got mine from). Think it was a buy it now for £8 which I felt was justifyable . Ol: I think the right word would be 'sh*t'. Ronald: Thank you! I hope to add some more soon (some blue bits as well). Could you help me out with this; I was told the 8100 was never sold new in Holland but conquer this. I have (i think you do to?) a brochure of a 4WD 8100 (B&W with white banner on top). This was Dutch and issued over here? On the same set up. I was also told that EVA did the 8100 design and County produced it, which I thought was a hoax as well? I have seen some German 8100s which all seem to have mudguards. Was this an addition by the German Ford importer?
rorsday
Hi Niels, Yes, in my experience the single sheet is much harder to find than the brochure. There is also a much earlier brochure, 4 pages, I think, for the Lely F-H combine, which probably shows the first pure Dechentrieter model that came over and was branded as a Lely Fisher Humphries. I think there was only about 4 different pieces of literature produced for this combine. Certainly there are not 10+ items. Regards Rory
Niels
You mean the brown brochure with the picture of the combine on the front where the header is folded? I have seen it for sale but never bought it. Going a bit over my budget each time. The one on the first model must be the rarest of them all? When will you putting new items on Ebay? Niels
It's been a while since I put something on here. The reason being that the summer season is always quiet on Ebay. Many interesting sellers decide to only put stuff on during the winter. Also I have moved out of my parents place and bought a property together with my parents. This means there are 60 boxes! of brochures to move between houses. I have about 20 at the new house and the majority still at parents place... Will have to find space to put them somewhere first. Since June i've been picking up a few new bits and bobs from dealerships and shows. Went to Poland and picked up Polish stuff from native tractors and machinery. Difficult to understand but still nice for the images and to see what they had on offer in years to come. Last week I was in the UK and a friend of mine always keeps some stock for me. Some Ebay sellers don't want to send abroad so it goes to his place instead. Picture 1: Pöttinger Servo plough (just happened to be on my desk as I was writing an article on them, ha ha!). Claas Mercator (first gen), Claas Jaguar 70 SF, Leyland 344 and Leyland 245. Picture 2: A lovely John Deere set that I was able to secure on Ebay. Not very large but they are interesting. This is about as old as I will collect. Main line of interest is 70s-80s-90s tractors and machinery. These were just v well priced so couldn't let them go could I! Picture 3: Lely combine, Dutra D4K-B, Ransomes TS90 & TS 91, Bamford Volvo S900 (I have a fetish for combines). Picture 4: Ransomes 1001, Ransomes 801 and International 454 and 574. Picture 5: I've very tempted to frame it and put it in the office.. The bidding season will start soon on Ebay probably!
