Skunkworks Posted February 19, 2013 Posted February 19, 2013 Hello There fellow Farm Machinery Enthusiasts I am looking to get some tracked JD's in 1/32. Don't have any at all. I am undecided about the current ones available which I believe is the following: 8295 8335 8345 8360 Would that be correct? I was also wondering if there were any 9 series tracked ones available at all. Which ones are recommended or which is the better model? If there is any other manufacturer I am all ears as well. Thank you, G
robbo Posted February 19, 2013 Posted February 19, 2013 Ertl also did a JD 9420 Precision but you will pay quite a lot more for this and it is quiite rare
Skunkworks Posted February 19, 2013 Author Posted February 19, 2013 Aaah yes, of course, many thanks. But am I correct is saying there are noone else doing the more modern 9 series rt versions? What about the 8 series ones available, which one/s are recommended?
CX820Joe Posted February 19, 2013 Posted February 19, 2013 There are 9 series available, the older 9530T is a nice model for the money, and Britains are releasing a facelifted 9560T any time soon as well. Siku have also released tracked 8 series tractors as well, though I'd opt for the Britains as the better models.
Skunkworks Posted February 19, 2013 Author Posted February 19, 2013 Oh, I did not realise that. Is the new 9560T going to be a new RT version or a the older version? I guess that it states T it will be the older generation version..? Thanks, G
Skunkworks Posted February 19, 2013 Author Posted February 19, 2013 Actually from doing some searching on it, it looks like the new model. Cool...any ideas about release date? It was mentioned January...but cannot seem to find it anywhere.
CX820Joe Posted February 20, 2013 Posted February 20, 2013 Hi Its available now on G&M Farm models site
