JD1
Back in November 2011 i decided to make a scratch build of a JCB 3cii, since then i have been working on it on and off. Earlier this year i discovered Britains were releasing a similar model so i decided to set myself the challenge of finishing my model before Britains released theirs and to build mine for less money than it would cost to buy a Britains. After finally finishing the model i believe i have been sucessful as it is finished before Britains have released their version and guessing the price Briains charge for theirs mine cost less.My model also has the benefit of containing more metal that Britains usually use . The total amount spent on the model was €24.30 or £20.65 which is broken down into parts, nuts and bolts and plastruct while the metal used was recycled. jdc
Very nice indeed, especially if it's mainly recycled.
