thanks guys  :-[;D ;D i did make a slight twist in it, to give it that used look  ;) ;). what  distance apart should the divideing bars be guys for cows and sheep ??? ??? . also the hight for cows and sheep ??? ??? . help would be gratefully received. :) :)

YOU CUT THE NOTCHES ON THE BLADE  ??? Blimey I thought it was a piece from a farm implement you had used and then painted. You surely have the patience of a saint Mark and waaaaaaaaaaaaay to much time  :D :D :D :D

Once again FAB NOW get back up in the loft and get cracking on the parlour  :D :D :D :D :D :D

thanks Graham and Tris, its not a discs Tris its a bit of white plastic card cut  nearly round drill a small hole in the middle. then fit to the dremel , use sand paper to get it 100% round with the dremel on slow ish. then i cut four small holes in about 5mm to divide it in to four parts. then work out how many teeth you need, then drill small holes about 2mm from the edge. then cut out the shape of the teeth to the hole. :) :)
