Stabliofarmer
This will be a collective topic showing all the Recovery truck and timber wagons I'm building. Currently this consists of My Matador, built by Iain Simms, The furthest along of my three projects, a Foden DG Timber wagon based on real vehicle FAW 671. The chassis of this was made from plastic and the body work is all laser cut card. Done as part of my A Level Art Next along, Scammell Explorer, built heavily from parts I have made masters for and then cast in resin. Finally the AEC Militant that I have mentioned building the tyres for. This will be the most functional of the rigs with fully functioning crane, jacks and steering. Also considering building this in a working state with a rough rusted appearance Thanks for looking James
Stabliofarmer
Some more work done to the militant, axels fitted including the steering front, sliding boom built and some of the detailing added to the crane. There's a few militants with Leyland cabs on so tried a Scania one I had lying about, quite like it so may have to build another body in the future. Thanks for looking James

Stabliofarmer
Cheers Martin, if a material works I'll use it and in this case the piece of plywood was the perfect width already
