FB
mmmm, dont like the 'Ertl stamp' on the newer version on the rear, should be on the bottom...also i guess the hitch will be as useful as a chocolate teapot \
Andy
Exhaust has been moved to breather side and one slight colour change is all I can see.

NCC
Is the FW 30 on a smaller chassis than the FW 60 or are they the same ???
Eurodeere
I think the Ertl model is not accurate due to it being based on the wrong Steiger model in comparison to the real tractors. All those older castings will look odd up against the new stuff. In a way I'm pleased to be able to get that model but also not happy that they are rereleasing the old stuff, what will that do to the value of the older stuff? SPN
It isn't beyond the bounds of possibility that the pics we are seeing are of tarted up versions of the old casting, but that the the actual model itself will be suitably updated to modern standards. We'll know for sure when we see the pic from Bill's desk! As mentioned elsewhere, it would have made more sense to do this as the Toy Farmer model for 2007 though. NIGEL FORD
'think you'll find the exhaust is still on the other side ,'just hidden by the air intake, so it's only a wheel & decal change. The embossed ERTL name was always there.

I don't think it will affect the value of the older one as this is a FW-30 and has never been released (I know it's the same casting as the FW-60, but the different decals and tires are probably enough to warrant people buying it). \
