phil phoenix Posted November 6, 2020 Share Posted November 6, 2020 Virtually finished my CASE Puma 165 today, just waiting for its reg. plate now. Works carried out included, strip down and respray with the right colour of CASE paint. Raising of the cab platform at the rear by 1mm. Donor rear wheels from NH5140, Rear tyres from Axion 550. New triple stripe style 165 Decals & Puma decal plus Pecks dealer sticker. Very pleased with its look. I do prefer to see a bar axle with the yellow cap on it but most of the hired Puma fleet of 150/ 165s working locally dont have them anymore so I didnt bother this time. phil phoenix Posted November 6, 2020 Author Share Posted November 6, 2020 I found that the UH CASE paint is most probably the correct tint of red but its too light in colour when compared to official CASE paint. The Vestrum, Maxxum and two Puma models all suffer from this unfortunately. However my new Quadtrac 620 is noticeably darker than those other models but still not quite upto the official colour spray. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
