Popular Post 844john
I came across a few of my old Powerfarm models just recently, including the New Holland combine, Ford TW and County 1884, and also this Jaguar forager. The others are in good nick, but I think at some stage my brother had played with the Claas as it's looking a little worse for wear. This set the cogs whirring, so I thought it would be worth repairing but at the same time adding additional detail as it will make a nice pairing with my 1905 forager. I'm hoping that the motor still runs as it would be nice to have the revolving pick up reel, but i haven't got a suitably sized battery to test it yet. Anyway, it's in bits now and after a good clean then the detailing can begin!
alf aphid
Look forwards to seeing John, some of the old Britain’s toys are good bases to start from. The Massey combine was always on my revamp list!
