CMB Posted August 26, 2023 Share Posted August 26, 2023 Has anyone had to post one of these things, I'm looking at selling the similarly sized Riding set (with stables)as I can't sell it locally on fb Marketplace, and the box needs to be big! Approx 73cm long x 45 wide snd 7.5 deep. Nearest size box i can find is a u2 server shipping box, costing £17 cheapest which I guess I'm going to have to add to the already large shipping cost of this item on ebay. I'd be reluctant to wrap it too much as it makes it tricky to get to potentially. I brought home some cardboard home from work and wrapped it around so that it overlapped either end. Taping it both ways with plenty of tape, which pulled the overlapping ends towards each other, possibly including FRAGILE marked tape and bubble wrap inside, can't remember for certain. CMB Posted August 31, 2023 Author Share Posted August 31, 2023 I've got the stable building parts, animals and accessories in separate sealable bags as they wouldn't fit inside the box without falling about.
