pistol pete
JOHN P that is not a REME jcb it is the new engineer issue jcb it replaced the hanomog digger. the CET or the frog as it is know in the army is one of the most unreliable peaces of kit the engineers have. JohnP
Oooops I stand corrected Peter ! there were a couple of army displays near to "my" aera but they hadn't been set up when I had chance for a mooch around, so no signbords etc (thats my excuse, anyhow !). Has the CET been withdrawn then ?
pistol pete
think that it i still in service there has been a new one tested but like everything in the army you never know when the kit will be put into service. those jcb's i first saw in 2002. the army also bought jcb 520-50 teleporters.these are good little machines. it nearly the same as the one we have on the farm at home.
