Deere-est
Not many silage photos this year I'm afraid guys. Being on the pit I do not get to see very much but here are a few to wet your appetite. The new rake, a Claas 2800 on the recently purchased TM150. Both performing very well too Seen from aloft the clamp here. My ride for the season, TM155 owned by the bloke who owns and drives the forager. Like the way the sun has caught the cab glass here. Deere-est
What I spend my days looking at... Stack it high the farmers say, to the clouds I ask? The 840 taking on additive in the field, I run the water bowser out to it if it is too far from the farm.

Deere-est
At another farm again now and these guys neighbouring were harvesting a few hundred yards away. 6410 on trailer swap and a 6830 with a JF 1055 backloading. He covered the ground pretty quickly too and they had a good crop of grass right across the farm. Mowed with a Deere 1360 mower and raked three into one with a Deutz rake. Deere-est
Indoor clamp at another farm. First year we we have done the clamp here. Previously the farmer did it himself with an old Manitou 628 which I have photographed and posted before. Tight place to tip with 12t trailers. So much so, last year the guttering was knocked off and this year the same driver took an earthing cable off the overhead wires : The two TM165's here, one owned by the chaps who run the show and employ me, the other by the chap who owns my TM155 and the forager. Deere-est
Second half of last week I spent stripping down the Welger D4000 pick up ready for the hay season. Few other bits to do on it before it's ready but the pick up is re-tined, needed 22 pairs in the end. We found John Deere forager tines to fit well enough to save a trip further afield and having to wait for an order

Deere-est
Thought I had more photos of that but it appears not Anyway, TM165 with the Kuhn power harrow. The power harrow has been replaced by a 4m version and will possible be changed for a press this week. Nextdoor is the chaps T6070 which does all the mowing and as seen here, spraying too. And the same TM165 having put a shine on the pick up of the brand new BR7070 baler (One of many NH have had to replace this season which were bought last year due to poor performance \ .)
