I worry about trespass as well, I try to find fields with rights of ways across them, never had any problem in other places though, I think as long as you don't abuse the land or get into a posistion where you could be placing yourself in harms way (today for example; watching a combine, I can obviously see him, but can he see me through the dust?) not a lot of people have a problem.
