Can anyone help?

Just got back from the US and going through my inbox i found an email from a guy I met some time ago with the following message -

I have come across a toy tractor from the 1950s made by Childs and Smith of the Nulli Secundus works. Could you tell me please if you have any more information about this model, in particular the manufacturer?

I believe the guy is looking to write a book on the history of British farming toys so I'm assuming this is one of the items for inclusion in the book.

Does anyone know anything about this model.  I've not heard of this one personally.  Thanks for any help.

Interesting you say that Peter, it should be a great book, with over 100 pages, so something extremely substantial! Peter, the principle author I think, is due to visit my Dad's collection and take some pics for inclusion.

Regarding the model you mentioned, not one I have heard of. Any idea on the OEM of the tractor?

Interesting as you say Andy.  I have the guys name obviously, I believe there may be several people involved in authoring the book.  Am looking forward to seeing it.

Sorry that's all the info I was given but I'm happy to go back to him and ask for additional info.  Is there anything further that would help?
