The paddock was rye grass seed and has had FYM disced in before ploughing.

Grubbing with a 55 tine nz made "Dunhill" grubber.Dunhill made ploughs and grubbers in the south island but are no longer.A feature of the dunhill kit was there fully welded frames would crack after a while because there was no give in any thing.

So that's where our seagulls go when noones ploughing!! Great pics buddy, that is some plough. What year is it and how big is the field Ol? Them grubbers look damn heavy too!

It's about 9 years old that plough and one of only 2 DA 100's in NZ I'm told.

It a hand full for that tractor to pull even when rolling over 16inch furrows on light land.

Most paddocks on the farm are 60ha tris.

Ah I see, quite a novelty to own and use her I'd have thought then. Good size of paddocks to be working in aswell, you need that!! 8)

Cracking pics Ol, is that a New Holland TVT your driving? That plough is a beast! How deep do you plough? Not very deep I should of thought?

Yer it's the tvt Luke,avg ploughing depth is 8inch.
