Whilst I am a little long in the tooth to belong to a Young Farmers Club, I still went along as a spectator to their charity road run today. I counted 91 tractor taking part on a route through North Cheshire/south Warrington. There was the usual mix of ancient and modern with the majority of the newer tractors being either John Deere or New Holland and a fairly equal split between the two brands. There were a smattering of others in the newer categories, 1 x Massey, 2 X Valtra and one X Kubota but a fair mix amongst the older marques. One thing that stuck out to me was the absence of any Leyland tractors and also no Sames especially as we used to have a very good dealer in the area.

I won't post all 91 photos but here are just a few to give you an idea:

I got another display cabinet. My 1/16s are taking the top shelf. I purchase them from Argos all the time. They are ideal for models and not very expensive. Unfortunately Argos are pulling out off Ireland with in the next few months. So I said I'd better get one more before they go. I don't think they will ship from the UK in the future to here.

You will have to hire Trigger to nip over to UK with his truck and ship some back for you😂

Really Sean???  I only said Valtra Q because unlike most of the rest of the tractor models shown at Nuremburg they were the finished article and not resin moulds or a cardboard flyer with a release date on it!!  Some of the people who post on here are in the trade and presumably get to hear news of whats coming next before the rest of us. No need for sarcasm!

I am sure he was pulling your leg Phil ,i am awaiting them as well ,dont worry i know where he lives i will go and let his tires down 🤣😂.

Ps sean that is a joke 👍you good bloke as you helped me translate the mcdonalds menu while at Zwolle👍
