  1. the trx400ex is a wonderful trial bike, pleasure to ride, built for taller people, the 250x was always a little small, if you want to keep up with the pack on a ride, do everything well........a 400ex is a good ride where as if you like me, just happy to be burning foosil fuel.......i can have fun on the atc70......ha ha!, every thing is a ideal trial riding bike when i get to playing with motocyclis
  2. then there is samecar! i think there are a few tractors i am missing pics off...........dads new old 390, the mcCormick, the other TEA, the new old 165, the farmall H WFE, plus the oldies, machines gone.... ha ha!.....the SAMES' the ISEKIS and the MF's..........need to find pics of them too
  3. terri on the ATC70 i have and my last ATC a 350x
  4. blue bike is a honda trx250x i owned, wish i still had that too ha ha! second pic is my atc250sx........farm bike, still got her
  5. and then there were the bikes...........ha ha!..........lots of em only a couple in this line up left my honda 300 when i was young.......wish i still had that bike
  6. this is one of the TEA20's (the other one is the 8spd) and the pic of the 188 after dulux overhaul..........MP needs attention, and motor......but that one basically was brought, tidied cheap.......and isn't really a team player, grandfather never really got that one finished........
  7. hey marky...........haven't been home in 5 years, would be nice to have a walk round it myself i think the MF285 is for sale, its a ok tractor, strong tractor, but the 188 is nicer to drive for some reason when we rebuilt the 285 (it was a basket case too)........it got a engine, steering bushes, pump, MP pump (that was the reason for the rebuild!........and paint, the paint didn't last, we learnt from that tractor all these tractors except the 135 diesel get put back to work, its a trip to get the MF165 working hard, you just don't see it anymore, these people who do nut and bolt restores are too scared to get the tractor to do what really won them over in the first place, flogging their guts out on a rotary hoe, baler, or tarrup 502 double chop.......ha ha!.....now theres a site this is a pic of dad flying grass seed on to the steeper parts on the farm.........iseki 4451 on the trailer next pic is the IHI excavator with at attachment we built to take tractorloader attachments, worked ok for unloading lucerne balage when wrapping on site
  8. some oldies.........the iseki fleet..........well half it will find the rest later
  9. MF 165 MP with 70in howard hoe, breaking ground toby the cat, dad got him in the divorce, and the dog knows not to eat him
  10. ya the sweetcorn silage is a effective feed, there is no dump locally, so you can screw them down on price, it has energy level of about 9MJME, about the same as average grass, but you don't have to grow it, and you don't have to worry about the opportunity cost of taking paddocks out of dairy production.......especially with good payouts next..........135 8spd restore, the grey is the wrong shade i think..........ha ha!.......looks better then the other grey and the 135 petrol in hard graft
  11. MF135 6spd petrol.........i think we still own it, might be on permanent loan to the neighbour.......to me this is the idea crusing tractor, fun to drive another pic of the 165mp doing what it does best i think we now have a new spreader, and a sing row swather.......ha ha!.........modern kit on classic tractors
  12. this pic, fiat feeding out with the giltrap wagon, both pieces sold now 2nd pic is the MF165 multipower dad sold last year, now he has a 8spd (no pics of that)
  13. that 135 pic is in a persimon orchard marky, yup my family grows those damn things and dad is spraying sulfur i think, hence no breathing apparatus..............just keep her lit and stay infront of the cloud this pic, FIAT L75DT is now gone, replaced by MTX125........dunno if i have a pic of that second pic is spike the dog, he still round, ain't worn out yet
  14. pics for you lot....... some current, will post some old tractor pics another day first one, MF285.......of french origin, i think we still own it second pic.....1979 135 straight axle 8spd, on song pulling a sprayer, this is a restored tractor, i have pics of the restoration somewhere
  15. nope, its a sisu motor, fendt based cab......very different thou, set up different, it has the big window on one side, and smaller door on the other front end is similar to found on other MF, diff front end to the fendt 900's (believe me we still have a 933 in our yard) vario box in the back........... MF is making a good thing better............who needs deere............pffffff i think that cab will flow back into the other ranges like fendt did, you notice with all the value added parts of machinery exclusive to brands, they always start at the big models and work there way down the ranges........eg, super steer, vario, cab's, ps. i know nothing, was told a couple pointers by a friend of mine that answer a few questions and stop the rumours ha ha!
  16. ya BC ha ha!......harry was a genious....... my family has a few MF.........two TEA20 two 135, one 165, one 285, one 188, one 390 (got that 2 weeks ago apparently, will see it in september....its a 96 model, 2wd with cab, only done 2500hours.....looks new) when the money tree blossums again, i will make sure my father has a 4wd SAME of some sort restored in his shed...... the family farm is steep (about 50% of the farm).....and the old 4wd SAME's do stick to the side of hills quiet well......at the moment his mccormick mtx is his only 4wd actually the older SAME's look a lot like fergies, ha ha!......just 4wd
  17. can'twaitcan'twaitcan'twaitcan'twait can you make the mag bi-monthly? or weekly like those womens mags ha ha!
  18. if i ever get it finished she will be a racer!! wish i started restoring something that you can actually buy parts for ha ha!......but then again....i seen enuff MF135's to sink a ship ha ha! you get some wierd looks cruzing the streets in that baby hey tractorman, see anything of interest in italy?

  20. fly there and drive it back just hope it lasts the journey wow thats something people normally say when there mates buying a JD ha ha! you would see a lot of country at 40km/h unless you find a toro......they are a lot faster could be something in that for jeremy clarkson and his merry men.......buy 3 antonio carraro farm trucks and drive them home ha ha! tractor man, keep ya eyes pealed.......there be lots of gems in italy,
  21. swap tractors marky?? that 5445 would look nice in my drive way ha ha! waiting for someone to pluck up the courage to go to italy, bring to england restore it, and feature it in claasic tractor or something a toro would be a rare find my one is the bigger V4 engined samecar......... doesn't have the pretty curves.......or paint for that matter !!
  22. ya.........classic example of agricultural photography gone bad, unless ya suppose to plough like that ha ha!........it is italian they build ploughs a lil different over there interesting is the SAME draft control system initially built to compete with the fergie style is lower link sensing like most big tractors are today, i guess the sensing off the toplink wasn't built for extreme lifting etc....... anyway the system on the SAME was a spring thingee, with a lever up the side of trans to the hyd portion of the trans........moving the hyd to suit
  23. heres a pic facing the rear of the small samecar with the italia engine, pulling two furrow reversable now thats some bit of kit, but its not pulling square off the back?? http://195.103.16.109/archiviostorico/scheda.asp?allegato=16448&storico=12125 need to put this one in here too.........samecar industrial (toro) http://195.103.16.109/archiviostorico/scheda.asp?allegato=16374&storico=12061
