  2. They sound amazing the only thing ive found to beat them is a mf 8280 working hard and a john deere has come close i know its a JD but it sounded amazing under a strain
  3. What can i say a proper tractor
  4. I saw that on farmphoto i think if you search 3120 on the massey section you may find it or one of the 31 series
  5. DId i forget to mention that the plough was fully mounted that must weigh alot
  6. Sorry about the quality this was being combined by a lexion 480 and MF 7278 and carting was done by a claas 656, JD 6920 (dam there gettin common), Case MX 170. Then baling was done by (sorry but its all john deeres) JD 6900 + Krone big pack, JD 7810 on bale trailer, JD 6900 on another bale trailer and a JD 3420 forklift (wish i remembered the camera) but luckily it goes back to decent tractors the fendt 926 and hopefully later in the week a Fendt 818 + Vaderstad 400S (i think)
  7. A fendt 926 vario working with a 7 furrow on-land kvernenland (or how ever you spell it ) was ploughing in wheat stuble that was combined and baled a few days before surprised that none of the field was subsoiled before this next time i see the farmer i'll ask why but when this reached a hard patch man does this make a sweet note ;D
  8. I think majority of combines have that glass panal behind the driver cause i know that claas and massey do
  9. that always makes me laugh when i hear and see people who buy a 500 quid car and put 5000 pounds of stereo in it :D
  10. I would definatly want more massey tractors they are a bit thin on the ground at the moment
  11. i can help with the second question there top speed is 40 km/h and i all the 6140s ive seen have been dynashift i think
  12. IM surprised if he has an insurance policy his name has proberly been handed round all the insurance people saying do not give insurance to this man otherwise he will sink your company with burnt out bits of machinery :D
  13. Spose that your right can prove more profitable i was looking back in some old profis last night and it did work out cheaper to swath and the combine had alot higer output in the rape and thanks again
  14. A 6m combo would be nice to have or a 4m convo to go on the back of a MF 7490 hint hint ;D
  15. thanks alot for that newholland2 ive never seen them before i dont think theyve been in my area for about 20 years all they do around here is direct cut but rearely spray it before to kill it i spose they dont swath round here because there is alot of high capacity combines like mf 7278 and claas 480/580
  16. They spray at times to kill the crop off i think they direct cut with a combine someone pleaase correct me if im wrong
  17. I was just reading in this post about swathing i have never seen it done i dont think it has been done for quite a fair few years down my way it is all cut direct with the combine i was just wondering what the process with it is?

    silly question!!!

Erm if i can remember correctly it is a Rapid 300 something fitted with the systen disc system i think i cant remember exactly as ive only driven a couple of times it is normaly pulled by a MF 3125 which at times had to work hard last year to pull it in wet ploughed land :D it is one of those with the long seed hopper that spreads the across the width. Anybody else got or used one of these great drills do please say? ;D

    silly question!!!

I think hes right there because on the vaderstad we use the marker lines up to the centre of the body but i have seen some drill tht line up to the wheel
  20. Thata alot better dave are you going to be selling these?
  21. Blimy that is one mother of a plough if ive counted right 17 shares that would take some serious hp and even then u would need extremly light sandy soils :D
  22. I know that it is rare but who would pay that much for it
  23. that will make a nice add on to my larger tractors hopefully be as detailed as jd 7920 just not with the rubbish tyres :D
  24. I've never seen them in real life only in books look like interesting concepts and the models look great ;D
