    Mf 2640

I think the prop was disconected as most of its life its pulled trailers at port lym zoo. As there were so many drivers etc they used to get left in 4wd on concret. When there was no need for 4wd. My uncle had a 3050 jd and a ford tw from them both had props disconected. Although is a bit odd but going to try it tommrow. Its ours for £2000 plus vat although uncle said he can lose that prob for us. The bloke in france he offed it too before he got it so he has to check with him first although he said he prop wont have it as he will prop go for the 390 my uncle has. Cheap enought that too i would think.

Well went to look at a 2640 today. Its my uncles he brought it in with a 390. Shes a bit tatty/scruffy and rough. But it runs drives etc like it should 6000 some odd hours on the clock but it stopped working. Few little falts some lights play up all though they nearly all work when they want to. Errr front prop disconected but should be put on tommrow. Anway here she is. Will see if the other bloke doesnt have it we will. Dont think he is going to have it as he is in france soo.

  15. Noel i am so sorry to here that, me and my faimly are thinking of you. Mullan How bl....dy dare you. I no noels is a lot worse i a feel it is silly of me posting the duck maybe. But it was a pet so its sad for me. I think you got a blooming cheack way out of order, You maybe a big tough guy who doesnt care about animals but i do so button it > > > After all this is a topic of What made YOU sad today Look at some of the silly things people but on here about the weather that made them sad No offence ment to anyone there, this is topic to post what made you sad today, whatever it maybe. Grrr sorry but you really got my back up.
  16. Thanks Joe, very kind, will do. I spose she had a good life albeit short for a duck? Free roaming but a nice place to tuck up and lots off fuss
  17. Our only female duck now who just had some chicks a few weeks ago (most got by fox :'() ran under the wheel of the disco today, we didnt even notice it mum pulled int the gate forwards no ducks then she run under the rear wheel from out under the caravan, not mums falt AT ALL as she couldnt possabley have known. All of the ducks are bad at running under cars or running at wheels seriously they do. But we were really close to this one bless her really upset me that did, and of course it upset mum as she thinks she killed it all her falt its not.
  18. I dont not much about silage really, infact anything. Apart from the proccess of havesting it. What i would like to no, is what is 1st and 2nd cut. Also it seams that it only takes a day or 2 to get in for most people? Dont really get much here on the marsh, i mean they do a bit at the farm next to us, but more maize and get contractors. Im find mazie much more intresting as the seams to take longer to havest, i always miss the few fields they have to grass silage here. Any info would be great, even whats the advantages over maize etc.
  19. for grass silage its mainly small scale here trailed. But maize, more popual down here than grass? So for maize self p and a lot combined for maize sticks etc
  20. Found some old pics today, slowly putting them on the computor slow work scaning them all. Anyway. I think this was selllindge steam special a few years ago, must be 5 as that was when it was last dry there. The national ploughing champs when held in kent or sussex somwhere, about 8 years ago i think, i can really rember i rember the day though, very wet. The valment was a demonstrater i think, this is what it did all day
  21. I like Mazie better. But I like silage, although dont offen get to find it here. Not being funny Mark, but each to there own.
