    I recently bought this old shop counter dispenser for the mini-sets .I found it unusual and interesting and a great way of storing the sets .

    I picked up this timber trailer at my local (Malvern) swapmeet the other week for a fiver .Can anyone identify it please ? I think it may be scaledown but I am not sure .

    thanks for your reply .animals also are take up a large part of my collection .I also have a large ammount of lead figures by various manufacturers .I like the charm of the older pieces .

    yes and a small hook at the back .They are loosely fergie based in appearance .

    no its hollow underneath ,they come in a variety of colours .I also have a yellow one .

    I think they are 1950s or 60s .There are tractors ,a dumper ,log trailer etc .I like the unusualness about them .

    Yes farmer palmer ,I came across the DB cab fitting by accident but it looks a treat I think .

    Thanks Andy ,I figured the Dinky David Brown cab would look nice .It also fits most other 1/42 tractors ,but I expect everyone has tried that at some time ?

    I would like to get the other older implements in the green cardboard boxes and duck and egg boxes . Aboxed yellow DDN would be nice but alas they fetch too many pennies ! Some more boxed Blue DDN s would also be nice .

    Yes its a Matchbox Muir Hill with a corgi dump trailer which was used with a corgi unimog .
