I've still got my high sided tipping trailer and box, it's over my parents I'll dig it out for a pic sometime if you like. Collection is gradually gonna be ferried over here but space is a problem at the moment

My first new purchase was this NH TN75DA on a Howard Rotary - £2.40 from toyfair. Pigs must be hungry after 25 years in a box Saddlebacks enjoying a root round stack and parked machinery. Hay rake my original pre-collection so no box, spreader from ebay, bales £1.00 from toyfair, tyres from Shawnee Poole trailer. My original Ford 5000 on £2.40 trailer, cleaned up a treat, just needs tailgate, means I can keep my original 8 wheeler boxed. I'll get the Ford back out for some clearer shots sometime, it's all there just has rear wheel rot

My old MF 135... Matchstick tow pin Think I'll treat her to some repro bonnet stickers. 135 on the post hole digger from ebay, this one came in a small lot so works out around £1.60 inc postage. Think my original phd has 80p on the box Maybe a little heavy for the 135

Not sure if this is the correct place to put this, but a set up a little diorama on the table yesterday evening to get a few pics of some of my things. Some are old and some are new, none are borrowed and two are blue First up Siku Unimog bought at a toyfair on Sunday for the equivalent of £2.40. Like the other stuff I bought it was filthy but cleaned up a treat. Just needs a tailgate to complete. Not the best pic I'm afraid, appear to have focussed on the rear wheel area...indoor picture, failing light, camera batteries running out Another, farmer and lab are from my pre-collecting days, other stuff is all from my youth. MF seed drill came in the same lot so another £2.40. This really was dirty and although it's had a quick clean on the main surfaces I need to spend more time on the underparts.

Having only recently returned to this lark I'm obviously still a softie, not like you hardened veterans ...Now Spalding at around 50 miles away ain't gonna be a problem

Getting up early (05.00) to leave at 05.50 to negotiate the poxy M25 for a meeting at 09.00 just outside London. I turned up slightly early and because the guy I was meeting wasn't remotely prepared I then had to wait while he printed off the minutes from the last meeting and went through them. He then came down to see me with some irrelevant points hurriedly scribbled on his paperwork and tried to appear nonchalant about the whole thing What really annoyed me was that after all this malarkey he then had the cheek to state that these meetings seem to be a waste of time because we don't achieve much as a result of having them....you don't say Complete waste of my time, I should of stayed in bed and I subtly told both him and boss as much too

I'd love to go even though it's a 300+ mile round trip...we'll see

BMW have always taken the mick, remember having to have mine serviced to keep up the warranty, service 1 sir? that's £90...that was a lot of money for an oil and filter change back in '94. Mind you I suppose they're all charging loads per hour now

My mum being diagnosed with heart failure :'( Been telling her for ages about losing some weight to help her out, but she's not been listening, hopefully now the doctor has told her she'll do something about it and sort herself out

Found BB on the internet when I got home ...I'll plan a little better next time Farm stuff is upstairs now with the Hornby etc. Some of the prices were a little high but it seems there were some bargains too

Maybe it's just because I'm still new to this game after many years and easily pleased, but it's nice to walk into a 'Proper' Toy shop and be able to buy some farm bits after all these years All the old toy shops where I used to buy my Britains from are long gone :'( Got my first Siku bits today too, had to hide them when I got home so the mrs doesn't see them ....but I''ll have a proper look tomorrow
