didnt say there was anything wrong was just letting ricky know there was nothing wrong with 44k all our trailers are high speed joskins with airbrakes so are well equipped for high speed you cant get a decent high speed trailer from irish manufactures thats why we run the joskins all the 60k tractors are air and the trailers have a heavy duty hitch so the same trailer stays on the same tractor as it is a nightmare to hook up they are all cheacked over by the dealer every few weeks for safety reasons we have been running these outfits for years and no acciendts plus the boss wont let just anybody on them he demands that you have hgv lience as the law is changeing over here on high speed tractors and this is going to be a requirement so back to ricky keep the pictures comeing

would of been handier to buy 50k at the start if you cant put it up thats the good thing about the deutz and fendt you can put them up or back it dont matter 44k thats not bad we had a 8530 that only done38k so you doing allright ricky it doesnt make much difference the only reason we run at 60k as we do a seriuos amount of roadwork at long distances but only the ones on the meal buisness are 60k the arable and contracting are all 50k or 40k

cold and dry here in dublin got about a 1/4 of a inch of snow last night not worth talking about when you see what some of yous lads are getting

we have been running volvos for 15 years great shovel i have a l90f at the moment nice machine a lot better than the e seris which are noisey in cab towards the d seris we still have a l70d and a older l70b we use my l90 for pitting silage and maize with a 14ft fold up rake .loading all the grain and then filling the stores with whatever comes of the boats usually soya. beet pulp nuts or palm kernal we use her with 30ft blade at that then she loads all this back out again plus 12000 big square bales i do be flat out nearly all year on her have this one 8 months we change them at 18 months as there to many hours on them after that she is on 900 tyres all the time this one has cdc on it which is a gift at silage my boss would not have anything else the only downfall with them is they are a bit on the heavy side for silage work and can drink disel .the plus side comfortable on the road and fast .maybe uh might do one at some time a nice l70 or 90 would be great
