  2. Great Uncle died \, just went into his workshop like every other day, didnt come home for lunch, just on the floor. They reckon it was his heart that packed up . Nice way for him to go, as his workshop was his second home

  5. Blocked diesel filter on dumper, started to splutter and cut out in middle of woods :'( i managed to get back to the daihatsu and change it though
  6. still a bit ill but no school as theres no exams, so i think im going out to work with dad. got a load of logs to move with a 1.5 tonne (i think) tracked dumper
  7. what really annoyed me today was that im ill at home with flu so i thought id get up and warm myself a tin of sausage and beans , couldnt find the tin opener so out the swiss army knife, the tin was half open and suddenly loads of old manky silage and straw fell out of the knife so i was ages picking it all out \ and by then the meal was cold.. sounds fussy i know

  9. all the people going to the xmas tree farm on our road are used to nice gritted main roads, so they come up here to the non gritted icy roads slipping and sliding everywhere and i have to go and help them

  12. here we go... fendt with maize header ready to go back to the contractors Farm view including the new forestry shed Showing the new hedges i made.. hanging basket liner.. folded in half and stapled Some scrap and waste bricks that are in the corner of the field, i experimented with that hangong basket liner to create like an overgrown effect The water tank that needed welding done (and you can see my wonky cut with the jigsaw on the workshop door) \ The new beef shed that isnt so big
  13. o i know, their quite pricey to get in like, but for the hassle and mess you save from wheelbarrowing and the cost of the readymix lorry standing idle, its not much different to getting it just pumped straight over the house. Yep the dog is fine thanks bit shook up but hes fine

  15. Before dad moved up to Wales, he lived in broadstairs.... he said he remembers them cleaning the beaches when he was about 13, not on a massey but on some other tractor, so thanks for posting marky mate
