    howard paraplow

thanks john & as for restoration , it's a wee bit bulky to just throw into the boot of the escort \ ok john hows about this one ?
  2. got a hellish fleet of blues though mate
  3. ok here we have a howard paraplow . i've use one of these many times albeit a modified one to inject sludge, but what was the idea behind them , as to a subsoiler ? i'm counting on you for this answer jdc i've seen plenty working behind big tractors, indeed i was operating a county 1174 fc to pull a four leg version . i've often seen these used to undercut old pasture & stubble fields , i'm guessing it's to lift the soil structure at the pan ? much like the now common flat lift subsoilers the legs are cast at a 45 degree angle & take some pulling
  4. that looks good mate , any pics of the rear as in tractor & sprayer coupling ?
  5. just got to wait for NCC to come along & snap one of those up now , naths going to mad for one :D
  6. darn you ben i had this all in hand welcome to the forum simon great first post in the forage display section , will look forward to seeing more of it in time :) Willkommen zum Forumsimon gro?en ersten Pfosten im Futteranzeige Abschnitt, freut, mehr von ihm in der Zeit zu sehen :) well something like that :D

    CASE IH 7220 TRACTOR

darn you chaps get to drive some beasts , :)
  9. thanks texas ive seen the table mats you mean pr but this looked just as good , as for the colour for the cabbages , they are a very light green , as they are , but i think the lighting doesn't really reflect the true colour , anyway they're still growing
  10. um no not really i was sort of hopeing i could be a suplier , to histon produce & holly estates, but not overly sure how long 48 items of veg would last \ but they also come in red so red cabbage may also be an option thanks for the comments people
  11. youd need a more gentle curve though tris , as this stuff slides really well , not sure you gan find card that would be like that anyway whoa mate , just got this done !
  12. i daresay i could have increased the angle of the curve smurf , but i didn't have any wire the right size to keep the groove the same distance without kinking it , also if i come down toofar the tractors wouldn't be able to get in under , the big 390's & 595's do at the moment thanks gav , just needs to be painted now & it saves me wanting that spare pannel
  13. slightly different but saves another topic , i dare say you've has wedding invitation cards that were hand made with flowers & stuff on them ? well i found these in the craft shop , they're called 'paper flowerheads' & they sort of looked like cauliflowers or cabbages
  14. goes up & down with ease inside view
  15. feed the card carefully into the channel & ther you have a roller shutter effect door
  16. once the plastic channels has firmed up they were glued into place & trimed next up was to cut a peice of corragated card to size
  17. been thinking about this for a while now & thought i'd give it a bash , trying to get hinges onto doors is no fun , so i thought about the more modern roller shutter doors i removed the end / side from a britains shed then found some channeled strips , this was originaly from electrical conduit \ surprise heated with a hairdrier & slowly bent to the angle of the shed roof & uprights
  18. very sorry to hear that ben , condolences from us all mate :( :'( me ? i'm trying to clean the house up as the new buyer is comeinf round to take a few measurements , later , but i'll be out anyway
  19. over there ? he's in somerset marky \
  20. air con was an option on the 1494 , the 14 i had, had air con , but the compressor was seized , so it didn't work
  21. great job mark , but i wouldn't like to haul those trailers with tractors that size
  22. how's deere-est's 82 comeing along then ?
