  2. as long as they're repairable they can be worked & treated as an investment , it's only when collectors start to buy then the investment turns into an expence \

  4. i think a farmer out at broadwndsor has a couple of SF 70's ? could well be 80's , will see if i can get out that way to see if i can get some pics oneday
  5. the iveco bonnets have been running for years , more commonly sold in australia so i've heard , trucking international had quite a spread on an operator running 12 of them on tripple semi's out of queensland

  9. just like any other farm i supose , the older tractors get pensioned off to do the less glamourous jobs , but small farms have small tractors & big farms have big tractors , the lowly jobs still remain the same & still need something to do them with
  10. doesn't look bad at all nick , & you've managed to get a good finish on it as well, the overall uidea is sound , not an exact match but i'd be well chuffed with the result mate , just decals now

  13. that looks very good , ,a place where i used to work had two of those , under a slurry store separator (without the canopy obviously), made by tarrup if i remember rightly
  14. think the wheels are a bit too chunky for the 5700 steve but a cracking job on the pair of them i must say , now that would be a real find, a working 5700 , how rare would that be :)

    Which trailer?

    the AW trailers are handy trailers john , or are they not in production now , job to keep up with the pace of things , or seeing as yer all up there , the stewart trailers are very well built
  21. didn't F-P use an old sanderson forklift as the base for his swather , i'm not sure if he finished it or not , i can't remember seeing it , would be good to see if he has ,he's good at that sort of thing
