  1. is that the same size as the first one mark , or you going a bit bigger for the larger machines ?
  2. glamourous ha yeah up to about 5 months ago i was driving milk tankers , mainly distance work on liners but i also did farms when they were pushed , main unit was DAF 85CF 430's the farm tankers varied volvo, scania daf& merk , then a few personal issues came up so then went on for ANC trunking in merc axor now hauling cattle feed for mole valley farmers with a VOLVO FM12 8 legger bulk blower tris & paul (deer-est & PDC ) are the glamourous drivers :D :D http://www.farmtoysforum.com/forum/index.php?topic=9891.0
  3. looks good does that paul , must admit when mine goes outside for a display ,if they get dirty the dirt gets shaken off the rest stays as put
  4. what you drive mate & who for ? getting to a farm & told to blow feed into a trailer , the closest i could get to it was using all 6 useable pipes i had & then found i was under power cables >
  5. we're pleased for you luke was up round your way earlier today i think luke ? south molton -ilfracombe way?
  6. blimey matty that deere hauling the trailer hasn't got enough weights on has it !
  7. i reckon if you could get a decent cast for floorpan & cab you'll be quids in
  8. looking forward to this little feller making an appearance nigel :) if the cab comes good with a resin cast , you maybe ougt to think about casting a floorpan that is compatible with the ford 5610 chassis ?
  9. do you convert trimmers to left hand cut ricky ? like the trimmer outfit ggb ,made a poor model look good
  10. matter of fact just had a look at the siku 5635 & that cab looks about right , just need to change the roof
  11. considering the shallow depth of the bottom half of the cab , i think a decent cab to work from would be the little britains ford /new holland ,can't remember the number offhand but it's the same sort of size as the mf 362 , just need to shorted the bottom half of the doors
  12. looks good ricky some promising stuff to lookforward to me ? verymuch depends on what i see as to what i'd like , going to concentrate on a few ploughs for the moment , but i'd like to attempt a press maybe
  13. not bad at all mate , the 2 furrow one i have was what was left once all the bit's i wanted were used up , but not put a depth wheel on it , & yes shortening the linkage to the headstock would be a good idea , the bigger ploughs you can get away with but it's a hellish long gap between the rear wheel & the first furrow ,made worse by the fact it's short to start with . looks good
  14. is the jag a norscott CJ ?
  15. we seem to be thinking very much along the same lines at the moment mike
  16. nice work mike , are you going to sort the head so that it can side up hedges ? mine will as long as the hedge is at a 45 degree angle
